5 starsBeen using the software since 2018. Every time I have had a problem, the support team has found an answer. This year had a problem filing a state amended return that required an attachment with the return. Several failures were frustrating but found that the only reason it was really being rejected was because an amended Federal return was not being filed. Not a program issue at all, but they found the problem for me.
Only item I have ever requested and not had resolved as I asked deals with Pennsylvania local returns not being linked to Schedule C. The local return has two fields and that appears to be the issue. ALL of the Federal and State issues have been completed basically to the specifications of my request.
Can't ask for more than that.MyTAXPrepOffice

5 starsI have been using MyTAXPrepOffice for the last 7 years and simply love it. This year though I had some issues but it turns out it was on my end with my systems memory. After I contacted online help and they shared screens with me it was an immediate fix. Then I realized that when I have an issue to immediately contact them and not try to figure it out on my own.
The customer service has always been quick and immediate, truly I enjoy using this software. I have clients in which they prefer me to use *********, when in comparison I can do more with MyTAXPrepOffice and to me it's a more Professional Software, nothing against ********* but, I will stick with MyTaxPrepOffice. I use this software for both of my firms and it works well. Thank you for making a software that's professional yet easy to manage.MyTAXPrepOffice

5 starsI've used *******, I've used, *****, I've used *********, and MyTAXPrepOffice has them beat! Have used it since 2018 and it's been the most intuitive one I've used and it seems to be getting better. Pricing is good as well AND the best part is, it's cloud based! No need to mess around with Remote Desktops or document vaults! i can't wait to see what comes next!MyTAXPrepOffice
