    Adoor property management is inefficient and unhelpful at best, negligent at worst. I found a property and signed a lease with Adoor, but withdrew before our move-in date for many reasons. Adoor does not communicate efficiently internally between their customer support, leasing, and ********************************************* "teams". They don't appear to have all have access to the company email inbox, and are consistently unaware of communication or complaints that have been filed previously. They claim to assign your case to a team, so there is no one familiar with your property you can reach out to. You cannot get a direct line or email to anyone you've spoken with previously, so you have to fight through a wildly unhelpful general customer service line every time, only for the to loosely commit to reaching out to someone on your team, who in our experience, may or may not contact you afterward. Our property had large carpet stains, large areas of visible mold, and a woefully neglected yard care. Eventually, Adoor informed us they had maintenance tickets submitted on our behalf, but would not let us see these tickets, or divulge specifically what issues they would address. The general disorganization, lack of coherent communication, failure to upkeep the property, and inability to promptly respond to time-sensitive manners resulted in our withdrawal and subsequent avoidance of Adoor property management in the future. Do yourself a favor, and find someone else.

    Unprofessional, They are running a rental agency like a ************ You can barely talk to alleged Property Managers, No one ever returns calls! They use a utility management company which charges you a $15 service charge as they will NOT allow you to simply put the water in your name! I pay online through the water company for FREE! And they still try to ***** this balance! Maintenance is contracted out and by random companies who are NOT the best! Just band-ais maintenance jobs! Unreliable and unprofessional! Currently charging me for a smart lock fee and I dont have a smart lock I have sent the supporting documentation over To them 3 times and every time I ask it be removed They keep asking for the same documents, previously submitted! Im sure Nutiliti is a front to incur fees out of tenants! Dont rent here!

    I put a deposit on a home to rent near *********, ** contingent on viewing. When the time came to see the property in person it was clear it would not be ready to move into on time. I requested my deposit and application fees back and have yet to hear back. You can only call and leave a message. Email goes without response. I need that deposit to reserve another place and no one will return my messages. Cant even leave a review because they don't exist as a company on ******. Some kind of confusion with their sister company Adoor.

    Very s***** company who lacks professionalism. Waist your time to have you jump through hoops to give multiple info that gives same outcome just to have a email sent to you a hour later that the property has been leased wild!!! Should have listen to all the s*** reviews on here but tried giving benefit of doubt. Lessoned learned. Steer clear of you can. Also by the looks of it the property at ************************************************************ had a crazy water leak when we viewed the house, that was clearly running for days before, was not attempted to for I know 4 days after we viewed the house. So if thats how quick they fix things then its clear we would have had nothing but headaches with them which matches all their reviews. Blessing in disguise I guess. Again STEER CLEAR if you dont want to mess with slumlords!

    They rushed you to move in within 14 days, pushing for everything to be fast-tracked and I moved in April 24th. Since then, it has been one issue after another. I pay nearly $2,000 a month in rent, and *** had to deal with problems no one paying that kind of money should be dealing with.From black mold, to a leaking kitchen sink, a broken refrigerator, soaked basement carpet, a jetted tub that didnt work since day one, and major delays on repairs, this has been a constant cycle of submitting work orders and waiting DAYS sometimes WEEKS for anything to be addressed. And when maintenance does come, its often without notice, super late, or they dont show up at all.The company they use, STAOC, is completely unreliable. They give multiple time windows, dont show, dont communicate unless you chase them down, and somehow its still acceptable.Worse, you cant get in touch with Adoor directly. Youre forced to go through a third-party answering service thats completely useless and cant connect you to anyone who can actually help. Emails are ignored or delayed. I had a scheduled call with my property manager for 9 AM today, and at exactly 9 AM, he changed it to 10 AM the next day with NO warning, NO explanation, and NO apology. I emailed him immediately and, of course, got no response.And then, after all of this, Adoor had the nerve to ask me to write out and list all the maintenance issues AGAIN even though every single issue is clearly documented in the portal they require us to use.The bottom line is: Adoor is negligent, unprofessional, and absolutely not worth your time or your money. Theyre quick to take your rent but slow to respond, slow to fix, and completely disconnected from the reality of what tenants are dealing with.If youre considering renting a home managed by Adoor DONT. You deserve better than this.
