    I cant speak for other Adoor properties, but I truly cannot say enough good things about ******, the property manager at *************************. She is the heart of this community professional, approachable, and always willing to go the extra mile. ****** follows through on everything she says, communicates clearly, and ensures you always feel heard and cared for. Whenever an issue arises, she handles it quickly and with genuine kindness. Its rare to find someone who combines such efficiency with warmth, but ****** does it effortlessly. She is a true gem, and Adoor Property Management is lucky to have her dedication and high standards leading this community.

    We had such a wonderful experience from the moment we stopped in for information on the homes to signing the lease! ****** was our leasing agent and helped guide us through everything! She was super informative and always responded quickly. We highly recommend renting a home from this company!

    Great service and support from ******. She's always quick to reply and solve any potential issues before they even have the chance to become a problem. Ever since she arrived, things have been great. I hope she stays here for a while because we're lucky to have her.

    Top Notch!! I had a snake in my backyard, and I reached out to ****** in the front office asking if this was something maintenance could help me with. ****** jumped into action, and within 7 minutes the snake was gone. I had a July move in, and I couldnt be happier with my decision to live at *************************. FAST help when I needed it, and EXCEPTIONAL customer service.

    I moved into my home 11 days ago and realized there is a rodent problem. I have reached out to them and they told me to put in a maintenance request. I put in a maintenance request and also called my own pest control company and they both agreed there there is a rodent(s) in the home. they found urine as well as ***** matter in the home. I made the company aware of this and I haven't heard anything back. I advised to please foward my email to who ever needed to see it because I need this issue resolved. The company they sent out stated they cannot get back to fixing the issue until 3-4 weeks which is totally unacceptable. I cannot get anyone on the phone that speaks English I keep getting a call center that is most likely out of the country.

    Adoor is the worst company you could ever rent from. issues with unexpected charges, incorrect utility bills, and difficulty resolving these issues with Adoor. No one will respond to your problems at all. They also attach several fees to each charge. Do not jeopardize your family security and housing to rent from this company. They will quickly try to evict you and charge you with all attorneys fees.

    Worst experience ever. I had a prior eviction before I got married and now they are telling me that I have to be on the lease even though I'm not going to be contributing to the monthly rent payment. We meet all of the other qualifications but because I applied as an occupant we got denied. So basically your telling me I cant even be an occupant in my husbands home. We were willing to pay multiple months upfront prior to moving in. Now we just have to stay in a hotel that we are paying well over the monthly rent amount for is ridiculous. We have children and we made an error and all rental companies punish us for 7 years. If the leasing agent would have answered the question honestly we wouldn't have even wasted the money to apply. We were told we would just have to do a background not credit or rental history due to a corporate lease under our business name.

    This is the worst business Ive dealt with to date. Not an email answered, not a phone call returned. You have to call and call and call only for them to tell you that well the leasing agent deals with this not me or well the other office deals with this not me but when you ask for direct contact info apparently they arent allowed to give it to you. They tell you theyll contact that other person for you and then you dont hear back. We had issue after issue starting with our application process which should have been a red flag we noticed. If I knew then what I know now. After our application was approved we signed a lease and were told the house would be ready to view for a walk through by a certain date. On that date we heard nothing, so we emailed and called before finally being told that there was an issue causing a delay thanks for telling us proactively instead of making us jump through hoops to talk to you! Then days passed still no word, no response to any follow up emails, and after more calls I finally got told oh thats been fixed I can send you a code right away. Oh once again thank you for not telling me anything. I go to the house and it is a MESS. The person I signed the lease with and I are supposed to move in at this point within just a few days! There is mold, cleaning needed to be done, and the lawn was a disaster. I immediately sent an email requesting each issue (in incredible detail) to be handled with. Do you think I heard back? Once again NO! I followed up and yet again NO ANSWER!! To this day multiple days later not even a peep. I finally called and asked for a specific person who originally seemed to be the only person helping and answering. They wouldnt even transfer me to her because I wouldnt tell them the problem instead of her. We canceled our lease before moving in because they never told us if they were fixing the problems we asked for AGAIN INCLUDING MOLD! The lack of communication is as unprofessional as it gets.
