    I do NOT recommend using this company. We hired them to change our water lines from polybutylene to pex and change the wall plumbing in our bathroom from one to two sinks. The company made a scheduling error, and instead of sending out the master plumber, ****** (as we had agreed upon), the sent out another "plumber", *****. He did a DISASTROUS job, to the point the pipe protruded from the wall 1/2 inch and we couldn't install the sheetrock, knocked a hole in the adjacent wall, and scratched our new cabinet. The operations manager ******* was completely unprofessional, hostile, and assured ** he was performing quality checks via photos as ***** did the work (after we expressed concern), and ******* isn't even listed as a plumber in *******! The only person who was professional, performed quality work, and was a master plumber was ******. He came out and redid all of the wall plumbing, the faucet plumbing and the fridge line (which had all been done competely incorrectly-and not according to code-which we had asked for verbatim.) If it had not been for ******, we would've had a real disaster on our hands. What should've taken a day or two ended up taking a week. ******* never called ** even though we kept emailing updated pictures of all the terrible work. We had to call him, and he was extremely unprofessional and downright rude. Nearing the end of the project, we called to voice our concern, and when he took our address, his first comment was "what's wrong now?" (even though he knew and admitted the work had not been done correctly. Aside from ****** and the quality work he completed, the entire experience was horrific. I would not suggest using this company for professional, quality work, unless ****** is the one performing and overseeing the job.

    contacted Rooter Pro Express for an urgent plumbing issue in my *********** rental property. Initially, they promised a same-day technician visit, but asked for my credit card information and mentioned a $59 trip cost.The technician provided a quote of around $73 to replace two pipes and knots, which I confirmed. He spent only 30 minutes on the job and 30 minutes buying parts.To my surprise, I received an email invoice totaling $732. Rooter Pro Express refused to provide a breakdown of charges or the parts' cost. My property is under warranty, so I shouldn't be responsible for repair costs.Their deceptive pricing, unprofessional conduct, and lack of transparency are concerning. I urge against using Rooter Pro Express for plumbing needs. Seek alternatives that prioritize integrity, fairness, and customer satisfaction.

    We have a $49 Fee that our call center lets our guest know before we send out a tech and that $49 fee can waved off if you decide to get the work done and in your case it was because you allowed us to preform the job.

    hello i had a broken hot water supply valve for the washing machine. the valve in a very difficult place to get too. the tech gregory johnson, did not complain at all nery pleasant young man he did an outstanding job i would ask for him again if i ever have another plumbing problem, but i sure hope i don't plumbing problems are expensive!

    Guice Services, Rooter ProXpress **************** was recommended by *****'s List to pump our septic tank. The work was performed on 8/25/2022. As the driver left the back area of my home where the septic tank is located, he inadvertently cracked the concrete. We called immediately upon his departure and were told that the manager, ***************************, would call back, however, we never received a return call. We tried contacting him several times until he finally called back days later. His response was that the concrete may not have been properly poured and that they were not responsible, however, he agreed to have someone come to check out the damages. **************** sent out a construction company representative to inspect the damages on 9/7/2022. The representative indicated that he could do the repair and sent the estimate over to the plumbing company for approval. After nearly a week, we had not heard from **************** so we called the construction rep back and he stated that he never received approval to do the work after submitting the estimate for repairs. We then tried unsuccessfully for several weeks to speak to **************** but were notified each time that he was unavailable. We called back on 10/12/2022 and were told by "******" that a letter was being sent in the mail regarding our issue. To date, we have not received any form of correspondence. Now, we are in the process of obtaining an attorney for something that should have been avoided. I understand that incidents occur, however, it should not be our responsibility for something that they caused. A reputable company would take responsibility for its actions and make them right.

Just keep in mind that our company is growing so fast that we are doing everything in our power to make sure we dont make the same mistake twice.

    Peace of mind when in need of natural gas service is vital. ******, at Rooter ProXpressMusic was exceptional. Service was punctual and he explained all work to be performed so that I felt comfortable with the process. Additionally, before and after pictures were sent to me attached to the invoice. Prices were reasonable for licensed, professional and warranted service. I highly recommend Rooter ProXpress to all in need of plumbing work.

    This is a criminal business. I had a water leak in my front yard. I called several businesses but Guice Servcies doing business as Rooter Xpress was the first business that was able to come out immediately. The plumber came out and discovered the leak was due to the water sprinkler PVC joint had slipped from the hose, no cracks or breaks in the piping. He went to ********** to get the part and that took two hours. He returned, installed the joint and sprayed it with blue glue and told me to let it dry for two hours before I cover the hole. He told me the charge was $337.00 and told me to sign the invoice. When I saw his tablet, I couldnt see the invoice, just the sign here line. I told him I dont see the invoice and he said it will email once I sign, so I signed (my mistake). As soon as he left the invoice came through and he had charged my account at total of $1,937, which included the $337 plus $1600 for 60 of copper pipe install. I called the company immediately and spoke with the manager, someone by the name of ********. He told me he had to speak with his plumber and do his investigation before he could decline the transaction and he would call me back. Two hours later, we turned the water back on and the water was still flowing from the pipe. I called the company back and said the problem was not fixed and they needed to send someone back out. They sent someone by the name of ******, who stated that the other plumber never sanded the pipe nor did he put glue on the inside . . . I called the manager, ******** and he said he told me that out of the $1937 he was only going to refund me $977 dollars because Mr. ****** is a master plumber and he had to come out to fix the job. Of course I totally disagreed and contacted the owner, ***************************. After persistently calling for two months, ****** responded and reluctantly returned all of my money except $75. This business is very unethical to say the least.
