  Unprofessional scammers. Be very careful using this *********** can't pump 1000 gallon in 7 minutes. They tried to scam me. I have proof. Took before and after pics with time stamped. They owe me an apology and need to fix my LID they broke and my grass he purposely destroyed. My system was not failing, nice try, I just needed my septic pumped. They tried to hustle me for $4000. I'm Reporting them to *** for scamming elderly people. They need to be investigated.

  They came and replaced my water pipe for $5000. Took them almost 8 hours to connect the pipe. They ended up leaving the pipe uncovered and poking out of my garage floor, which looks very ugly and dangerous. I just asked them to move the pipe a little closer to the wall to avoid someone tripping over the pipe. But they refused to do that. They refused to fix the mess they made and insisted that if I want the pipe closer to the wall, I have to do it my self. It was very unprofessional, irresponsible and untrustworthy of their company.

  Being a first-time pool owner, I thought I had a leak around my pool. I called various plumbing companies and only received one call returned. In *******, more often than not, they dont return your calls. My line of thought is, if you have a water leak, you call a plumber. In their ads online they said that they do leak detection. Rooter Proxpress sent out a very nice young man named *******. He looked around and said my Pool Filter was leaking. He then made a phone call and said his supervisor said that was the problem and that replacing the Filter would probably solve it. I also said the valve on my outdoor spigot was leaking and he said he would fix that. He gave me an estimate of $4309. He texted me and said the filter was still the problem and told me not to worry because if that did not solve the problem, he would find and repair the leak at no additional cost. He said he would come out and start the job the moment the pump and filter came in. I asked if I could order the pump and filter, but he said he had to order them because it showed it was installed professionally.the Filter cost around $1000(and thats rounding up) the pump was $450 (So I rounded up to $500) Even at the high end of the prices the pump and filter should have cost $1500 and maybe $100 for the plumbing parts and another 100$ for the sand. So, after fees for the supplies I was charged $2858 for labor. So for approximately 5 hours of work would come to $571per hour. I still had the leak, but spigot was finally fixed. I paid. I signed a contract, and I made that commitment. I was charged $4358 for the job. The problem I originally reported hasn't been fixed. I called ******* and told him the pool was still leaking. I tried to call the office manager four times. I called yet again asking for the Invoice for the Filter and Cleaner pump so that I could submit them for the warranty. They said they had to check with *******

  Owner suite toilet was leaking into the living room which also caused some electrical issues. Rooter ProExpress came out the same day to assess the issue and we only needed to replace the toilet. After the plumber was complete an electrician from the same company came in and repaired all the damaged outlets as well as the ceiling fan. Each rep that I spoke with was pleasant and helpful. Will definitely keep them on speed dial.

  My toilet was clogged. I tried everything in my power to no avail. I looked up some companies and found rooter xpress. Got an immediate appointment for the following day. The technician jersey was on time very professional and extremely effective. Couldn't be happier will be using this company from here on out.

  Let me tell you about the lifesavers over at Rooter ProXpress. My basement was flooding, and I was freaking out. Called them up, and they showed up faster than I could finish my cup of coffee.These guys weren't just about fixing pipes; they were about restoring my sanity. They dove into the mess (literally) with a smile on their faces, like it was just another day at the office. They diagnosed the problem, explained it to me like I wasn't a total dummy, and got to work fixing it.What really impressed me was their honesty. They didn't try to upsell me on stuff I didn't need. Instead, they gave me some solid advice on how to prevent this mess from happening again. It was like talking to a friend who happens to be a plumbing genius.The whole team was friendly and down-to-earth. They treated my home with respect and left it cleaner than they found it. Can't thank them enough for saving the day and my basement. Rooter ProXpress is the real deal. If you're dealing with plumbing drama, these are the folks to call.

  I was heavily charged ($2,200) for a small piece of pipe on a job that didnt get completed. I was lied to by Rooter ProXpress/***** Services. I went onto ****'s list to get quotes. Rooter ProXpress (*** and crew) came to my house in the rain with a backhoe ready to do the job before i even got a quote. I told *** that i was price checking because I may need to get a loan. He had me sign something on his computer in a hurry because it was getting dark outside and raining even harder. He stated that this is what i had to do in order to get them to locate the leak. Then he had my daughter attempt to get the loan from a company that he knew, who wanted to charge us $16,000 just to loan us $2,200. I felt rushed and i still couldn't understand why the job cost so much. My daughter was asked to send them copies of our property deed. They didn't even tell me that i needed to contact the utility services beforehand so that they could come and **** the utility lines. *** dug a hole in front of my house, cutting through my internet lines. My daughter works from home, she was unable to work and we were without telephone, internet, and tv services for 2 days. Then without even locating the leak, he changed out a pipe in the side wall of my garage that had been installed recently by another plumber. He killed my 13 year old *********************** by running over it with the backhoe, and he told me that my water meter was no longer spinning and he left. I sent him a video showing him that my water meter was still spinning. He stated that it will stop eventually. I called my water company. They said that i was still losing 38 gallons of water per hour and nothing had been fixed. I had to hire another plumber (not from the same company), get yet another loan, paid him $1,900 and he replaced the entire pipe system. This time my leak was actually fixed. And after that, Rooter Pro Xpress/***** gave themselves a 5 star rating on Angi's.com in my name & I couldn't change it.

  When I contacted them they said would send someone out he gets to house he smells like weed and told me that it would cost $6000 and I told him that was a joke then he said would be a $49 fee which was never discussed when I talked to them and wnd up getting my problem fixed for $600 from a reliable company this company is a joke and a scam artist so stay away from them they are a joke

  Rooter ProXpress (***** Services) repaired a water line ripped up by a fallen tree on 7/21/2023. They were not smart enough to know to Purge the remaining water line to the house before reconnecting the torn line and charging us $2,700. Silt, gravel, dirt and other trash they left in the remaining water line eventually destroyed the Pressure Relief Valve at the house and the tank over the hot water heater. We just paid another plumber $1,800 to fix what Rooter ProXpress's incompetence caused.

  They are the worst place to go.They collect money from customers without providing any service.($49). They give me estimate of $675 for changing the parts. But I got the job done by Roto- Rooter for only $375. Both Roto-******************************** Heating & cooling provide me free estimate. Their service technician misbehaved with me, he didnt answer my question properly & his behavior seems to me as racist because I am Muslim. I call them before I got the job done with another Co. they said they cant do less than $675.So I request all customer to beware of this things before taking service from this co. Theyre cheater, charge double compare to others & overall worst customer service.
