    We used this company one time to clean the gutters. Shortly after that, we sold our house and moved out of state (fall 2023). Since then they have continued to call me, sometimes multiple times per day and for days in a row on my cell phone. I have blocked every number they call from that I can, and sometimes this works for a short period, but then they call from another number or a private number that I cant block and they keep calling. By mail they have followed us from ** to two different addresses out of state! We never gave them either of our new addresses, and we never signed up for any contracts with them or agreed to any marketing at all. We just moved very recently, actually, and not to mention the calls, but we already received a mailing from them at our new address. This is ridiculous! We are so tired of being harassed by this company. We would never use them again or recommend them to anyone just because of this, and as another reviewer said, Im sure some of their employees feel very uncomfortable with their marketing tactics as well. We would like them to remove all of our contact info from their system and leave us alone!

We were unaware that this was an ongoing issue, as we had not received any prior requests from the customer to be removed from our marketing list. Upon learning about the concern, we immediately took action and have fully removed the customer's contact information from all of our marketing efforts, including phone, mail, and digital outreach. We value our customers privacy and preferences, and we are committed to respectful and responsible communication practices. Please know that we take this feedback seriously and will continue to review our processes to ensure situations like this do not happen in the future.     I contact *** ******** Gutter Cleaning Service to clean my gutters. They were scheduled to arrive on June 3rd, but could not find my home. I was informed via text message. I called the number provided and gave directions with the plan for them to come back out within 1-2 days. On June 5th the exact same thing occurred. I called and performed the same process again. On June 6th the exact same thing occurred. I called and attempted to cancel but they assured me they could get it right this time and get it done quickly. After weeks of nothing, I contacted a different service and they cleaned my gutters. On July 15th, a crew from ***** arrived at my house to perform the service, but my daughter told them to leave because the service had already been performed. I was charged $129.47 for the service that was not performed.

    We sincerely apologize for the delay in providing service. Spring and summer are our busiest seasons for gutter cleaning, and while we strive to maintain timely appointments, occasionally our schedule becomes overextended due to high demand. Please note that we made three separate attempts to come out to the customer's home, which reflects our genuine commitment to completing the service as promised. Unfortunately, we were not made aware that another company had already been hired to perform the gutter cleaning at the property.
    After reviewing the account, we can confirm that we spoke with the customer on July ******* and offered a reduced fee of $95 to cover the costs associated with our service attempts and the visit to the property. This offer still stands, and we believe it to be a fair resolution given the circumstances.
    Again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate the opportunity to address this matter.

    I was a customer of *** ********************** until November of 2023, when after paying for dryer vent cleaning and gutter cleaning I sent them this email: Hi there, I need to cancel my account and service before it auto renews and there doesnt appear to be an option for this on your website. All of the gutter downspouts are entirely clogged with pine needles to the point where it looks like a literal thatch hut is coming out of them, one downspout on the east side of the house has entirely disconnected from the house during the time Ive had this service and was allowed to just fall off the house, and the dryer vent that Ive been paying to have cleaned was entirely packed with lint up to the base of the dryer (it was so heavy that the vent tube fell off the dryer and into the crawl space below the house).Please let me know that this has been done.Thank you,-***** LouieSince then I have been absolutely hounded by these people via phone calls at all hours of the day and night and numerous mailers. I do not wish to have their service ever again and nor do I wish to hear from them ever again; I have paid another company to entirely replace my gutters with new custom covered ones and I have personally replaced the dryer and its previously disconnected (it fell off because it was so full of lint all the way to the exterior of the house that it broke the tube and was just venting lint into my crawl space, proving that nobody had EVER actually attempted to clean the tube from the outside of the house) vent and tube with brand new ones. I did not ask for a refund in 2023 and nor did I complain despite clear visible proof of their shoddy/nonexistent work, but I am asking for *** Stevens to please, PLEASE stop calling or contacting me!

    I have stopped using *** Stevens gutter cleaners in ** l was not satisfied since then l get calls from a private number we actually thought of putting a complaint in to the police for harassment l have read some of the complaints the same as what lm experiencing

    Theyve removed my gutter helmet and left my house exposed. During the last rain fall water started to enter my home. I took my ladder during the rain fall and cleared the gutter myself. My drain was completely clogged. After reaching to a customer associate, he was completely rude and unprofessional. This is not a good company, and needs to be investigated. Ive requested a call back from a supervisor, no one has responded. I asked for my property back, still waiting to hear from them. How can you remove from someone home, thats stealing. My next step is to call the police and make a report of theft.

    I called the company to see if I was under warranty as I had new gutters installed on my property in July 2023. I had noticed that one of the downspouts was leaking water at the top and appeared to be coming off of where it was installed, so I was concerned that perhaps it was damaged. I called *** ****** to see if I was covered under a warranty to get the small ***air done and get it reinstalled properly. They explained that because I did not sign up for any extra gutter cleaning services after I originally installed the gutters that I voided my warranty and that the only way to get my issue resolved was to pay for their ***air services which was $300+. If I wanted them to come clean my gutters it was $205+. At no point in time did they mention that I needed to sign up for cleaning services in order for me to keep my warranty. The *** on the phone just seemed to want to sell me more products than to fix my issue. I didnt argue with her I kindly said thanks for the information and hung up but I am very upset of this deceitful sales tactic. I shouldnt be forced to pay for extra services to keep my warranty. There was no information about the warranty on the invoice of the service I got either.

    We sincerely apologize for the issue you are currently experiencing with your gutter system. We understand how frustrating it can be to deal with exterior home maintenance concerns. At the time of scheduling your gutter installation, an email was sent to you on 7/17/2023 outlining our warranty terms:
    All workmanship is guaranteed for 1 year, provided that the gutters are properly maintained and cleaned on a regular schedule.
    All materials are guaranteed for 20 years, again contingent upon regular maintenance and cleaning.

    Gutters are installed on the exterior of the home and are continuously exposed to weather and environmental elements. Without routine maintenance, such as clearing out debris and checking for blockages, issues like leaking or poor drainage may occur. As this installation was completed nearly two years ago and we have no record of ongoing maintenance, we are unable to guarantee service outside of the warranty period.
    If you are currently experiencing leaking near a downspout, it is possible that the downspout is clogged and may require a thorough cleaning to restore proper function. We would be happy to schedule a service visit to inspect and clean the system if needed.

    Have asked Nate ******** Gutter to stop calling for over 2 years yet they continue to call trying to sell unwanted services. The number is a private number so I'm unable to block it.

    I hired *** Stevens to clean my gutters because I did not have access after installing an awning over my back deck with the ladder that I owned. I stated this when I hired them and said they would need to access it from the front. They sent a team that did not have anyone who spoke English and the team left without cleaning my gutters. The company called and stated they could not access my roof at the agreed upon time because my gate was locked and wanted me to give them access to the back yard so they could get on the roof. I informed them that the access is the same from the back and when they returned they were able to access the roof from the front of the house despite insisting they could not when originally scheduled. After that, they attempted to get me to sign numerous contracts and buy additional services which I declined. Ever since I have been harassed with numerous calls from different numbers, emails, paper mail, etc. I have asked to be removed from their call list 3 times. Now they call from a blocked number. The messages are somehow set to go straight to voicemail after a couple of rings (when other unknown numbers do not- only this company) so I have to delete their voicemails several times/week. At first I was getting multiple calls a day, multiple emails every week and at least 2-3 pieces of mail per week for months. After the third attempt to be removed from their list they stopped for about a month. Now they are picking back up again with as many as 4-5 calls from blocked numbers per week. It is absolutely harassment. I thoroughly regret ever contacting them for a service I could have handled myself if I paid the extra $75 above what they charge for a single gutter cleaning for a ladder to do it myself. Im sure the employees also feel uncomfortable being forced to aggressively harass their customers for the sake of profits for a company that clearly does not respect the wishes or peace of their customers.

    *** stevens was scheduled to clean my dryer vents and instead clogged them. It now takes much longer for my clothes to dry. They are harassing me for a payment but I will not pay until the job is done properly.

    Called multiple times for someone to come and fix the issue at hand, but no one has tried to come out. Just been getting the run around. Not to mention it rained the other day and not having the down sprout connected could mess up the siding of my home.
