  THE CALL: I was skeptical about this company due to the mixed reviews. But I have to be honest the *** I spoke to on the phone was so kind, professional & knowledgeable that I couldnt resist. They understood my concern & gave great suggestions on what I needed. I am SO GLAD I chose them!PRICING: I was hoping to find someone under $200, especially if I agree to have them cleaned all year. I was happy they fit my budget. Always be fair & reasonable to customers willing to stick with you. I hope the price doesnt go up. THE WAIT: It took a while for them to come out. It was 2 weeks from my initial call to be exact. I was upset about that because we had some HEAVY rains for 2 weeks straight & my house was taking a pounding! I guess its because they have a set schedule on the times they service homes. So I get it now.DEDICATION: Im usually hands-on & on the scene with any contractor that service my home. Its satisfying seeing whats done. I meanI dont sit around & stalk the whole time but I occasionally step out to see whats going, ask questions, help & even record bits/pieces of the progress. Let me tell you, they were not lazy at all! They put in ************* to clean the gutters on my house. Im serious! 1 of them was actually bleeding. I just bought this ********** had been sitting for over 6 month so the gutters were big time CLOGGED. I wish I could post the videos of all the gunk & packed leaves they removed. They educated me and even helped me find where my extenders were buried as well as where the water is supposed come out at. OVERALL: It was great and I will be using them to take care of my home all year round. I hope I can request the same crew that came out. Im upset that I didnt get to tip them. I was at work & took a call but they had already driven away by the time I got back out there. If anyone from the company sees this please contact me so I can do it. I called the ************* told me they couldnt share their information.

  We live in the ********* area and recently had a new roof installed on our home. We were looking for a company to install new gutter and downspouts. A booklet called Best Pick Reports promoted *** Stevens as a reputable company to do the work. So we got an estimate and settled on a price and date. I did opt for the larger gutter size so the price changed and a new contract was drawn up with the new details. The day arrived yesterday and the workers with their truck. They stayed outside on their phones for a long time and I was wondering what was going on, Finally the ******* came up to me and told me to call the office. I said why? He mumbled something about "material costs". So I called and asked what was going on with my installation? They kept me on the phone for a long time and finally informed me that the installation would be twice as much as what my contract was. I laughed at the new amount. I asked for my deposit back and told their office to get their workers and equipment away from my property. Of course the deposit they said would take 8-10 business days to be restored. In retrospect *** Stevens wasted my time, failed to honor their own agreed upon price and numerous other terrible business practices. If I were you I would stay far away from this company and their dubious operation. Do not give them your credit card! They will be a constant pain in your a** with their Robo texting and calling about their service and quarterly billing they will try and get you on. This is not a good company to deal with and their sales people are the dregs of the business world...on par with a used car salesman. Stay Away!

  scam, they will send you a sub contractor, who will act as they don't speak English so you let them do whatever they want without explaining you and next day you will receive a bill. stay way! stay away from this scam.

  Do not get involved with this business!I highly suspect that it bilks customers out of money by setting up contracts that they then dont fulfill. I asked a neighbor for recommendation on gutter cleaners. Turns out that company had been bought by *** Stevens but the phone tree makes it sound like its still run by the customers longtime company. I set up a yearly cleaning to be done late November. No specific date set by company. Made at least 5 calls to NS to ask when company coming. Soon soon. Then it snowed and iced up here in the northeast. oh well be coming. Right. Never came. I cancelled the contract and did get my money back for not providing the service but I had to fight for it. Agent refused to send email verification of cancelled contract as against company policy. Then waited until my money refunded to my credit card, called my CC company to put NS on a do not pay list with them as I suspect they may try to renew the contract next year. My neighbor who referred them thinking it was his years long awesome company also cancelled and did the same. This is not a reputable company. I suspect it is even worse than just not being a reputable company.

  I contracted with *** Stevens to clean and maintain the gutters on my new home, the first time they came out their workers left a mess all over my pool patio. I had to call them to return to clean it up. Recently I have tried unsuccessfully over the last two weeks to schedule my next gutter cleaning, in both cases the online representative states he will call me back that day to set the cleaning up BUT NEVER DOES. They seem not to care about customer service and must not need my business, you should not have to beg a company to schedule and execute work. Do yourself a favor find another firm and give them your bushiness so you are not frustrated and having your time wasted by this one!

  The company staff had scheduled to clean the gutters of our house on June 6th 2023 when we were planning to be present in our home. However they came on June 1st when we were out of town. That is not all.They left the discarded materials in our yard, Now we found some of the gutters are leaking.When we called the company they said they will investigate what happened - we did not hear from them, but they sent a bill with late charge fee.

  What a bunch of clowns! I put in for a quote months ago. And now they keep calling from spoof numbers, over and over and over, back to back like little boys with small,,, minds. They were lying about storms in my area recently. It was all nonsensical. The guy decided to play shouting match with me. My husband is waiting for them to show up, so they can have a chat.

  Made appointment. Two guys arrive and decide too much gutter lineage for price given. We have used them previously so no additional since previously done. Meanwhile they didnt do job and I am now having to reschedule several dependent projects. Including another property since this company can not be relied upon.
