I ordered the trial product and received it as advertised. I tried the product and did not like it, and at the conclusion of using the product the account set up had it on auto refill and charged my credit card for $119.97. My credit card reported it to me via text as a fraudulent charge. I called the company and cancelled the order and they told me that I had "already received it" (the new bottle) and gave me a **** tracking number. I looked up the number and there was no such delivery. I called again to cancel any and all charges to my card as they were daily trying to bill my credit card and it would be blocked as a fraudulent card (I love USAA ******* The representative started to get aggressive in over speaking me on the phone and finally THEY hung up on me. I had to cancel my credit card and get a new card and set up all my existing LEGIT auto payments (a pain in the butt). Fast forward 2 weeks and I receive this letter in the mail saying I owe $119.97. I called the ***** number to dispute this claim and the "representative" would not let me claim (as the letter stated) that I could dispute this debt and told me I had to pay this "debt". They had a lot of information that was relevant to my prior conversations with the fraudulent activity and it led me to believe that it was the actual company, posing as the debt collector. They were rude on the phone, would not let me speak and finally, I hung up on them and Googled this company. That is when i found all these legit complaints and here I am now filing with the BBB. My next step, if this is not fully resolved with ******************** SA" or whoever they are playing that day, will be to seek legal action with the State of ********************************** and Revenue to report interstate fraud schemes that this company appears to be doing with the public (as evidenced by all the prior BBB posts I have read to date).Business Response

To the BBB
Thank you for forwarding the supplemental correspondence from the consumer. According to our records, the consumer disputed this account with our office the day before he sent correspondence to you. The account was closed as a dispute and returned to the creditor at that time as part of our internal dispute process. The creditor has all the transactional records to answer any additional questions the consumer has about his account. Also, the consumer is under the impression we are the same company as the creditor. As you know, we are a licensed third party agency and not affiliated in ownership or management with any of our clients. We are unable to assist him further.
Sincerely,
National Medical Administrators, Inc.

I received a letter in the mail from this company regarding a bill that I owe to them. I did not order anything from this company and when I contacted them and told them I did not receive anything from them or that I dont have an account with them, they refused to listen and said they were going to report me to the credit bureau. They have a sketchy history and I will not be paying this bill. Any help that you could give would be appreciated. Thank You.Business Response

********************,
Thank you for your correspondence. You had indicated that you do not owe any bill to us. That is absolutely correct. However, the bill in our office in question is from our client. Since we cannot disclose the transactional details of that bill without violating your privacy in a public forum like this, we have returned that bill to the client and they will be happy to review that information in great detail with you. The BBB has been kind enough to forward your correspondence to them on your behalf.

July 18 and Aug 1 $8.97 and $119.97 was taken out of my venmo account without my knowledge. Filed a dispute with venmo about my account being hacked and never once received whatever was bought thru fraud. Venmo reimbursed me and I even called the company asking what was ordered. Told them I hacked. Today oct 3rd received letter I was taken to national medical administration for collections over this fraudulent claim and I explained the situation and they got rude and said pay your debt. I feel I need to get a attorney to file harassment and fraudulent charges against NMA. To this date I never knew what was bought with the old vemno account.Business Response

Thank you for your correspondence. We reached out to our client and they advised that this account was placed in our office in error. We have returned to the account at the client's request and ceased all collection activity. The client advised that they have referred this account to their fraud investigation team with copies of order information, transaction details, US ************** tracking and delivery confirmation documents. They have requested copies of your phone calls to our office which we have also provided. Our client did also ask if the consumer would forward a copy of the police report that he would have filed for the fraudulent access of his Venmo account.
Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

This is not my debt ,I didn't order this stuff and never received anything. Someone stole my card information and did this without my knowledge. My bank alerted me when your client tried to get ****** and promptly cut off my card. It caused me a lot of problems because I was locked out of my account for over 7 days. Please remove me from this debt because I didn't order it, I will be forced to retain an attorney and fight if I have to. Again this was done without my knowledge as my card information was stolen. Thanks for your help, *****.Business Response

Thank you for your correspondence. We are not affiliated with the client in ownership or management. However, we can certainly assist you in this matter. We have advised the client of your credit card theft and they have asked if you would forward a copy of the police report you filed on the illegal card usage. That information, in addition to the transaction and **** delivery tracking information they already have on the purchase, will help resolve this quickly for you. We will be happy to forward that information to them on your behalf along with our account closure in our office. The client wished to thank you for bringing this to their attention.

on 8/4/22 my credit card company contacted me about possible fraudulent charges on my account. I confirmed that my card had been hacked and that i did not make the charges. They initiated a fraud claim and refunded me the money. Upon investigation they found that the charges were from a company that had previously charged me about 9 bucks a month earlier. The same company was trying to charge another 120 bucks to the same card. As i never authorized the original charge they stopped the current charge and refunded me the previous 9 bucks. I thought all was taken care of and then i get contacted by NMA saying i have been put in collections for 120 dollars. I sent NMA all emails that i had received from my credit card company about the fraudulent charges but heard nothing. I tried to call them giving the number they left me but it said that the number was not valid. I promptly informed the credit card company who questioned the validity of the company as the number they provided them was not a working number. I then viewed the BBB complaint page for that agency and found a string of complaints very similar to mine. I believe there is clearly a scam at work here. BBB should be investigating NMA collections.Business Response

Thank you for your correspondence. This type of issue has the highest priority with our client. Since we are not affiliated with them in ownership or management, we have returned your account directly to their fraud department for follow up investigation.
When a consumer questions a charge, their bank will issue a provisional credit on the consumers account while the bank reaches out to the creditor to provide them an opportunity to validate the charge(s).
Typically, the creditor provides the bank the following information on those requests:
-Consumer Name
-Order date/time
-Order address, phone number, email address
-IP address where the order originated
-Confirmation email to the consumer of the placement of the product order
-Confirmation email to the consumer of the order shipment of the product
-US ************** tracking and delivery confirmation Number(s)
-Confirmation email to the consumer of the charge for the product order
-Consumer Correspondence (written and verbal)
Once the bank has had the opportunity to review these transaction specifics, they decide if the charge was valid and whether to reverse the provisional credit they previously issued. They also notify all parties of their decision after their review. If you would like to review those details specific to the account you referenced in your correspondence, please contact the creditor directly. They will be happy to provide you those transaction
details as well. We wish you the best on this matter.
Sincerely
