I am disputing this bill because it was fraudulently charged to me from national medical administrators, inc. and I have no knowledge of creating this debt. If you can please help me dispute this fraudulent debt I would much appreciate your help, thank you.Reference:220929-56594Business Response

Thank you for your email. Please be advised that this debt is not from National Medical Administrators **** We are a licensed third party collection agency that was hired to collect this debt on our client's behalf and we are not affiliated with them. The letter you received back in September was a commercial validation notice. It is the notification required by Federal law that outlines all of the specifics of the debt and your rights under the law. Our records show that we have never spoken with you about this matter and the call we received yesterday was from a third party that wanted to discuss the details of this account. We are prohibited from doing that by law as it violates your privacy. Due to the age of this debt, be advised that this particular account has already been recalled by the client and is not in our office any longer. We did reach out to them to secure copies of the invoices and sent them to you to assist you in identifying the account in question. It will provide you details of the purchase, shipping information, credit card transaction information, and **** delivery tracking. This will be everything you will need to discuss this account and resolve this matter with the business directly. Any discussion about financial arrangements will need to be with them. We are unable to assist you any further.

Thank you for your correspondence. Please be advised that National Medical Administrators *** is a licensed third party collection agency and not affiliated with the Retailer in ownership or management. A review of our records show that we have never spoken with you. The mail you referenced is called a commercial validation notice. They will be able to provide you order information, credit card information used, shipping information, delivery tracking and confirmation numbers through the ***** and copies of the account correspondence that were sent to the email address provided with the order. Please note that the information they have on file appears to match the information that you have provided to the BBB. I am rejecting this response because:I have never heard of ******************** never received a bill from ******************** never purchased anything from *******************. I tried looking up the company, can't find any information also, from other complaints on the BBB, everyone seems to get a collections notice for the same amount. $139.97. Also, I have never heard of a company in which you purchase something and don't pay for it and get billed later.
This is a scam and I refuse to have to waste my time defending myself against this fraudulent scam. I do feel bad for the people that think this is legit and pay these companies.
Both National Medical Administrators *** and ******************* SA needs to be investigated for fraud.
Sincerely,

Thank you for your correspondence. Please be advised that National Medical Administrators **** is not affiliated with the retailer in ownership or management. It was clear from your call to our office on Feb 6 at 11:21 am that you had an issue with the retailers purchase and invoicing process. We are not able to provide any of those transactional details in this type of format without compromising consumer privacy. Based on a review of the call our Agent was not afforded the opportunity to provide you those details at that time either. As a result of that, we have returned your account to the retailer and requested that the BBB forward your correspondence to the retailer to provide you that information about your outstanding invoice with them.

National Medical contacted me alleging I had purchased a product from Interbrand that shipped to an address across the street from me, and was reported to collections. About 2 months before I received this call, a neighbor from across the street walked a package over to my house that contained a bottle of supplements, "Rhino ***** that I had not ordered but was addressed to my name but to my neighbors address. I contacted sender and told them I had not ordered this. It was difficult to find their phone number because there was nothing in the package except a receipt with no other data. The person asked if someone in my household may have ordered it and I responded "the only other person in my household was my 11 year old son". He asked me to hold for a minute, and when he returned, he said "we are very sorry" and asked me to "return the product for a refund". I said I had "no knowledge of who ordered this let alone who paid for it, but would ask my 11 yr old son if he had ordered it and would return the product if they paid for shipping". He put me on hold to get "an RMA number", but when he came back on the phone, he said "I apologize for the inconvenience. Please go ahead and discard the product and I will notate your account", then just hung up on me before I could respond. But it doesn't end there. A short time later, I received a call from National Medical stating it was sent to collections! I obtained their mailing address and sent them a certified letter requesting that they validate the debt with the original creditor and provide me with the validation documents. They ignored this request and continued to call me even after I sent a "cease & desist" request via fax and certified mail. I am preparing to *** the collection agency and Interbrand for violating the ********* Act. There are many similar complaints posted to the BBB that could escalate this to a class action if you wish to share your details to the attorney handling this matter. Please emailBusiness Response

Thank you for your correspondence. Please be advised that National Medical Administrators, Inc. Is a licensed third party collection agency and not affiliated with the retailer in management or ownership. We have reviewed the consumers email in detail and as a result, have returned this account to the retailer as a dispute since the information he provided does not match what the retailer has sent to us. While we cannot provide transactional details in this forum, we can advise that the retailer has confirmed that two orders were shipped (30 days apart) to the consumer with **** confirmation to the same address that the consumer indicated that he had received the validation letter. We have reviewed our verification/registered mail logs and found no record of receiving any debt verification requests from him. Those records are digitized and systemically logged. If the consumer can provide the signed **** certification card, please forward a copy. A review of the phone records show only one call on January 25 at 1:55pm where he confirmed receipt of our validation letter but indicated the address was not his. Because of these discrepancies, we recommend that the consumer reach out to the retailer directly to resolve this matter.
Sincerely
