Received a letter from National Medical Administrators,Inc, with 2 letters stating that we owe $ ****** for each letter for online purchase with 2 different account numbers from ******************* SA-************* never heard of this company. Have never ordered anything from this company. I called the ************ number at National Medical Administrators and talked to the rudest person ever!! Told me that we made an online purchase with a 15 day trial, and we never canceled so we owe!! We DO NOT MAKE ON LINE PURCHASES. PERIOD. She gave me another *************** to call. I checked our bank accounts and there is no transaction with this. ******************* SA.. 2 months ago our bankcards where hacked, our bank fraud **** immediately contacted us and locked our accounts and canceled our cards. New cards where issued 15 days later. If this "supposed purchase" was by hackers then we are not liable for any charges. And they have no right to send to COLLECTION AGENCY DEMANDING MONEY. I AM calling the Fraud **** at our bank in the morning, and I am also calling the police about this matter. I would Greatly appreciate it if the BBB would look into these 2 companies working together to scam people out of their hard earned money. Thank you Sincerely ******** & *****************************

Thank you for your correspondence. Please be advised that National Medical Administrators, Inc. is a licensed third-party debt collector and not affiliated with the retailer in ownership or management. In reviewing the phone call with you on January 9 at 3:48 pm, you had indicated that products had been sent to you that weren't ordered, they were rejected and returned to the retailer. We had provided you the retailers contact information at that time so that you could follow up on that return. In addition, we notified the retailer's accounting office regarding that return so they could research that well. Since we are third party and have no transactional information, we have placed your account in dispute status and suspended collection activity. The retailer will be able to provide you with the detailed order information, shipping/delivery tracking via ***** credit card information used, telephone number and the email address that was provided to them for confirmation when you speak with them.

    Sincerely,

    National Medical Administrators, Inc.

I called the ************ prompt #3 that I was given to speak to someone about this issue with National Medical Administrators.. When call was answered all I could hear was a very loud Buzzing noise. I tried to tell whoever was answering  that I could not hear them over the noise. They called me back several times and it was the same thing when I answered the call,Very loud BUZZING.!! Communication was impossible. So I returned their letter asking for all information on this.  Who, what ,when, how, time of day what credit card was used expiration date on card, name on card, and security code on card. Waiting to hear back from them with all the information that I requested.

    Business Response

Thank you for your follow up correspondence. Please be advised that the phone number ************ belongs to the Retailer. It is not a phone number to National Medical Administrators, Inc. We are third party to this transaction. As indicated in our prior correspondence, We have placed your account in dispute status, suspended collection activity and advised the retailer of your issues with the transaction. They have the transactional information you are asking about and the phone number provided to you is the same one that we have been provided. It is possible that the 'buzzing" you referenced  may be a result of weather conditions but we have no knowledge of any telephony issues. We have received no additional information on the transaction and the Retailer has not advised us if they had received the police report on the hacking you indicated you were getting. In our past experience with other clients, that report will be helpful for a speedy resolution on your behalf. We are unable to assist you any further on this matter as your account records have been returned to the Retailer.

    Sincerely,

    National Medical Administrators, Inc.

The debt in question is fraudulent, they took $6.97 and $ **** on November 1 from my account for product I didn't receive. Similar to the many hundreds of other complainants, the National Medical Administrators, Inc., and whatever company they represent engaged in criminal activity, including but not limited to false advertising, mail fraud, and other violations of consumer protection laws. After my conversation with them today 12/29, I've moved on to report this matter to my solicitor. Any further harassment from them will be met with legal action On Nov 16, this same company they represent made 2 attempts to take money from my account for $139.97 using vendor omegafact.com and pointpushbrain.com and on December 4 made another attempt to withdraw $28.71 using vendor buybioslik.com. I've reported and blocked this card because of these fraudulent attempts to withdraw money from my accounts.

just like all of you. Same thing with free trial of gummies I paid the $8.95 shipping and handling took about 10 Days to get here Then I had a charge on my credit card from the company for $139.95 Which my bank called me and flagged it as fraud charge I told them I did not authorize that charge they seized payment I called the company they told me I had 14 days to cancel my membership which I never signed up for a membership. I told the **** It still has not been ********************************************************************* advance She are She argued with me About the dates I had to prove Prove it to her even though she was looking right at Then she said I had to send back the remaining Of the gummies I agreed and did Then I get a call from this collection agency saying that I owe $139.95 ( Keep in mind all of this took place within a 3 week Period) I tried to tell the collection agency I did not owe the money They insisted I did I inform them that I did not receive any written notice and they are required by law to notify me in writing within 5 days of 1st contact which they have not done this whole thing is a scan this collection agency is in on it There is no way within a 3 week period of doing this you're already in collection I agree with other comments there should be a class action wall suit against both. national medical administrators Should probably ask For more information on debts they are trying to collect To make sure they are legit, But I don't think they want to because they know These are bogus Claims It is funny that this debt collector gets all of this company's business You would think with all of the complaints this debt collector would realize these are bogus And would not Do business With these guys that is why I think they know it's a scam and it's An easy way to sucker people out of their money

******************* S.A A wonder leaf, has been using dishonest scheme and illegal fraud along with National Medical administrators,Inc. as their partners. I m just another victim of their scheme. I recieved a letter of collection for allegedly owing $ ****** on a transition that happened on 10/13/22 about 17 days ago. On that date my bank advised me of an illegal attempt to withdraw that same amount from my credit card as I did not authorized that transaction. I had to cancel my card as this company attempted to illegally scammed me. I was offered a free sample and that they needed my credit card for confirmation. After entering my credit card a new screen poped up saying "we ran out of free samples,we will charge you full prize for our product. I immediately cancel the transaction and did not accept or agreed to the new transaction.Closed my browser ,2 minutes later got a text from my credit card of a possible fraud transaction,it was this company trying to withdraw money . I declined the transaction and canceled my card. Now I got this letter of collection fron National Medical ,without even a letter of and less than two weeks in , how is that possible? Unless they are involved. I got no email for the transaction or an invoice from Interbrand no recipient what so ever, just a letter two weeks later for collection. I have noticed that many of us have been victims of these two companies and have filed a complaint with the *** and sent them an email disputing this debt and hired a lawyer to protect my self and seek financial damages if my credit is affected by these scammers. I'm in the process to contact my attorney General to add to the numbers of victims and something can be done against these thefts .

This company national medical administrators **** like everyone else on here sent me a bill a collection for $119.97. The collection stems from the company that sells a product called king ***** which is nothing more than gummy candy that's all it is. They claim that this company apparently gives you 14 days to send back the remainder of their garbage or they bill you for it. That's a bunch of c*** It's a complete sham these people are sharks they're snakes and they are out trying to strong arm hustle people and take money out of hard-working folks pockets that don't belong to them. There are hundreds of complaints against this company I believe the government needs to step in and shut them down because they are obviously scam artist and when you call the number they don't even answer the phone as that company they answer the phone as another company and then when you confirm that that's who you're speaking to then they change their whole tone, and will then confirm that they are this national medical administration *** it's crap! I will not be strong armed by them and I have no problem giving money to an attorney to *** them. The people that they are supposedly collecting this debt for are scam artists supposedly it was an $8.97 shipping on a bottle of candy gummies that supposed to be free and there was absolutely none of the above stuff disclosed. Thank heavens I only use prepaid cards online or God only knows what my bank accounts would look like from these scam artists. Apparently judging by the number the hundreds of complaints at this company has against them something legally needs to be done.

I came across an Ad for Size *** and it said free promo only $8.97. I figured hey Ill try it out and see if it does anything. I put my Debit Card info in and hit enter and then a whole other window pops up saying I would have to agree to reoccurring billing. I checked the box stating I did Not Agree to reoccurring billing. I know for a fact this is what I did because never in my right mind would I agree to reoccurring billing without verifying a product is worthy for what its supposed to do! Additionally, as a consumer I have the right to request any additional bills sent to me before they are sent to collections. I never received any additional bills by mail or email. Secondly, I never agreed to anything other than a free product and made sure I wasnt being charged for anything additionally. I placed this order on September 2nd. My bank even contacted me regarding National Medical Administrators trying to bill me without my approved authorization and I told my bank specifically I never approved such an authorization and they were doing this fraudulently which they are. Now the collection agency NMA Collections is saying I owe $119.97 for a product that doesnt even work! I should not have to pay for this debt and I can contact my bank for record information if needed to support my claim against NMA Collections and National Medical Administrators, Inc. This whose situation is absolutely absurd and I regretfully decline that this debt or the product is a legitimate concern. Respectfully,************************, MBA ************** *********************

    Thank you for contacting us.

Please be advised that we are not associated with the retailer in ownership or management and we are third party to this transaction as one of the collection agencies this retailer utilizes. The "bill" you received from us referenced in your correspondence is not a bill at all. It is the commercial validation notice that provides all of your rights under federal law regarding the debt itself. Based on the details you provided, it is clear that you want to dispute the purchase transaction itself with the retailer. Unfortunately, we cannot provide transactional specifics from the client in this forum without violating your privacy rights.  That said, we have asked the BBB to forward a copy of your correspondence to the retailer so that they can respond to you directly. We have subsequently returned your account to them as well.
