Im making a complaint about ****** ****** company, program for *** DSS. I finished the programs certificate on May *******. Signed up of the program 2/22/2023. According to the contract I was suppose to get my resume reviewed and interview prep. I was assigned a coach her name was ******** *******. My coach will answer any question I had. I messaged the coach that I have completed the course on 5/10/23 and asked her will I get my resume review? My coach stated that my resume will be looked at I would have to get accepted into the internship program. I also reminded her that my cousin and brother didnt join the internship program got interview prep and resume reviewed. Ms. ******* responded 5/15/23 I will take a look at the contract, but resume used to be reviewed before internship in the past but that has changed a while back. I just watched my money go down the drain and continue to go down the drain because I am stuck paying. I told her i dont want to have anything to do with the program. The program was suppose to help me start a new career so I can support my family. Going through the course ****** ****** uploaded the *** DSS pdf file read then paraphrased what he just read. No actual demonstration. The company FALSE promises that in 90 days that i will get a high paying job, & I didnt need any IT experience. The recruiter that bought me on **** ******* told me I didnt need any IT experience to join the program. The cost for the program is 9,****** last payment was September ******* because I was not working my doctor put me out of work because I had a high risk pregnancy and wasnt able to afford those payments. I didnt understand why some were paying 15k-35k when we were all receiving the same assignments. I was paying for a program that did not benefit me down the line and I had no understanding how to perform in the real world.
