            Date of transaction: 5/29/2021 Total amount paid: $2,600.25 I brought my wife's 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Countryside of Madison because it is running bad, and I am concerned for her safety. The car is sputtering at high speeds, there is a grinding noise in the rear end, and there was an engine code that had been thrown. I received calls throughout my vehicles visits to update me on what was going on. The 1st day the check engine light was fixed at a cost of $702.07. The 2nd day I was told the shocks are what was causing the noise in the rear end, with no explanation as to why, and that it would be cheap to replace them. When we received the vehicle only the front 2 shocks were replaced for the cost of $200, and the grinding was still very present. The sputtering, (our biggest concern) was said to be fixed at the price of $862.38. It was not, the vehicle is still a safety risk for my pregnant wife and at a cost of $2,600.25 only 1 thing out of the 3 they worked on was fixed.

            This is for the ******* location. I bought a truck for my son and they said they needed to inspect it and change the oil. I called/texted a few times for the next week or so to ask when it would be ready and got nothing. Finally after an email to the finance manager they told me the truck did not pass inspection and had engine problems and they were pulling out of the contract. A week later the truck is listed on their website for sale....... the truck that has engine problems so I'd be hesitant buying vehicles from them.
