  As many other reviewers are saying, HomeCraft's sales people are predatory, and high pressure. If you like feeling like you're being pressured into buying a car by a greasy salesperson, but in your own home - choose HomeCraft. I requested an estimate on my house, and was schedule promptly. I was told it would be a 1 hour appointment and the sales person arrived on time on April 7th, and gave a useful overview of their products. That was where the good ended. Instead of receiving a clear quote for new gutters and guards, the sales person (or area marketing manager according to him) stayed over 2 hours and refused to provide me a digital copy of any quote. I received a full sheet of pencil scribble, which he used to play a shell game with me on prices. First quoting me $20,000 for gutters and guards (the lowest quote for only gutters being $8,000), then telling me he could give me discounts down thousands of dollars to $13,000 and $4000 respectively - but those prices were not any good once the sales person left my house. These are the type of high pressure sales tactics they use - according to many reviewers. I probably would have gone with their product, if not for their slimy sales approach and predatory pricing. Disappointing, as I think their guard probably is very good product and I wanted to buy from them. Now I'm worried I'll never stop receiving spam calls and texts.Also, don't expect any clear communication with them. As you can tell from their review replies, they don't take any feedback seriously and like to gaslight their customers. HomeCraft either has an extremely poor internal communication system or they actively train their staff to ignore calls/not retain notes or records. Because you will get multiple calls asking to schedule a quote when they've already come to your house, asking to assist with pricing when you've already spoken to multiple customer service reps the same day, etc.

  I would choose zero if I could. They keep spam calling me. I have never inquired with this company, and I am on the do not call list. I block the number every time they call from a number in "***********", but they ALWAYS call from a different number. STOP calling!

  HAD A SIGNED CONTRACT TO HAVE GUTTERS INSTALLED ON 3/4/2023. NOBODY SHOWED, NOBODY CALLED. TRUELY DISRESPECTFUL. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY YOU CAN GET IN CONTACT WITH THEM. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS. THEY THINK YOU HAVE ALL THE **** IN THE ***** AND STRING YOU ALONG. NO REVIEW. AWEFUL COMPANY.

  Shameful company. No honor or integrity. Watch out because based on my year long nightmare of an experience, they will not stand by their work and will bill you for work not done, then hide. They mounted the back of the gutters i bough against the drip-edge, instead of mounting the drip-edge inside my gutters. Because of this, water leaks between my brand new wood facia. You better check it out. Look for sunlight between the back of your gutters and house wood facia to see if you see light. Have camera to take pictures of water dripping from between gutters anf facia. It will rot and within 15 to 20 years the gutters will fall off the house for someone else to have to deal with, which could be your grandmother or special needs child. They do not care and I urge everyone to contact the BBB if you have been treated like this. So go check it out if you had HomeCraft install gutters for you. Dont waste your time calling company executives because they will play games to string it out hoping you will go away. I Will Not !!! want

  Mrs. ****** HomeCraft has inspected the job every time you have called in. You originally claimed we damaged your facia when we went out and inspected the job we found nothing wrong, We have installed free product on your home in attempt to satisfy you and make you happy. W have also not received a call from you since Aug. 22 of 2022 and as per your sign off  that you signed day of service that the issue was corrected and you were happy with the free product.  If you are in need on any further assistance and would like us to come back out to your home or have any further questions or concerns please feel free to contact us as we are always more than happy to help.

  On 02/21/2023 a representative, named *****************, from HomeCraft gutters came and gave me a quote to install gutters on my **** sq ft, 2 story home. She quoted $18,000.00 for gutters, After having 2 other companies come and quote from$2700.00 to ******* from reputable companies, I do feel this company was truly trying to take advantage of a a single women and Senior citizen. In addition she tried to pressure me into signing that day or she couldnt offer me the incentives that reduced the price to $13,000.00. Stay away from this company, what a disgrace. This company gets no stars from me

  I have no recollection of ever contacting HomeCraft for my gutter project back in 2021. I suspect that I was automatically added to their contact list through a 3rd party parading as a local contractor (this is how LeafFilter got my info too). Since 2021, I have received at least one call per day, nearly every day, for two years. Most often with by a different number, which I block immediately. Never once have I answered or spoken with any representative. HomeCraft has tried to contact me by phone over ******************************************************************* by name. I see no real harm in having this company waste its time and resources to try and contact me, but I think you have a software glitch in your system that needs to get worked out.So please stop contacting me, HomeCraft Gutter Protection. Or do, and continue to waste your time.

  If I could, I would give 0 stars. I have received numerous spam calls from this outfit wanting to talk about services I have not asked for and didn't call about.They have called when I am at work, at home during dinner time, and I keep blocking numbers they call with just to get another call with a different number. I have my number listed on the do not call list and still keep getting these annoying calls.

  Stop calling me, it is to the point of harassment. I have asked you to stop calling I have been hung up. I have blocked over 10 different numbers from yall. As of writing this I have received 3 calls this morning alone all within the same 15 min span. I get calls at work, at night, in the morningjust STOP. I did ask for a quote over a month ago then I cancelled due to circumstance changes. Now I would never use this company because of how much they have harassed me..stop!

  This business has been harassing me with telemarketing calls for weeks now. 5+ calls a day, 7 days a week sometimes as late as 10pm. *** told every single employee on the line that they have the wrong number, there is no one with the name they are asking for and to please not call back and yet here they are calling me again at 2:30 pm on a Sunday.
