      This company harasses you. Just like many other reviews have said they continue to call you at all hours of day and evening even after you tell them you're no longer interested. Do not give this company your contact info unless you want to be harassed forever.

      Good Afternoon, 

      I did look over your file I see in our system which all call are monitored and recorded that we did call you on November 23rd at 10:58am November 29th at 1:19pm both times you did not answer and we left a voicemail, the third and finale time we called was December 1st at   10:25am this time we did speak with you and your lead was immediately closed out. Is there another number we may have called that I may look into to assure this is taken care of? Please contact us at ************ should you have any further questions.

      We are having an issue with one of our gutters. We bought the gutter guards to keep you from having to clean your gutters out. We have a couple of places where they have come loose. I have been emailing this company for over 2 months to get someone to come out and still no resolution. My red flag with this company should have been when we purchased these and it took a while before anyone came out. Kept getting put off. Not to mention if I would have checked the BBB first, I would have never went with this company for anything. STAY AWAY!! THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY DO!!!!

      Never contracted with the company but they continued to hound me with 100s of robo calls trying to get my business. I asked to be removed from their calling database but continue to receive robo calls from locations around the country. What a frigging sham.

      Had gutters replaced and fascia boards replaced/painted. Dont know how they missed painting fascia boards on front but they did. Company came out next day and fixed. We finally had rain and I noted a gutter was leaking. Called again and was informed they would be out in 2 days. They never came, ghosted me on phone. Few weeks later I was finally able to get to talk to a human in Ga and he scheduled someone to come out. Took day off and they never came or called. I had to work thru my credit card company for a response. They finally came, I was not home. Instead of calling/texting me or leaving a business card he had been here the worker just tossed his sealant can in my yard so I knew he was there. Be aware

      I bought one gutter across the back of my house. The man came to give an estimate and we measured the gutters, downspouts, gutter guards, and extensions to direct water away from the house. The man called the office, listed everything and on speaker, I heard them accept the work and make a quote. They installed the gutters and I didn't notice until they left that they had not put an extension on one side, the downspout discharged directly at the foundation, which, obviously, makes the gutter useless for protecting the foundation from movement. I called and they said it wasn't on the work order. Evidently, the work order said to put an extension on one of two downspouts and leave the other side improperly draining at the foundation, which makes zero sense. They said they would come out and put one on, it would just cost a minimum service fee of almost $140. To put on a $10 piece of plastic. The service agent would not direct me to anyone to discuss it further but just kept saying that was "protocol." It's not a big deal, I went out and bought an extension for $8. My problem is that after spending $3,000 to replace half of my gutters, they would take no responsibility for their mistake or seek to resolve it in a way that showed they cared about people who can't afford their expensive product but shell out a lot of money believing they will receive service equal to that cost. Not in this case. I will never use them again. Wish there was a zero star option.

      Keeps calling. I block the number and they call from another. Harassment at its finest.

      Horrible!! After canceling an appointment due to a family emergency I received a call less than 60 minutes later to reschedule. Advising on the situation and that 'I' would reschedule I now receive a call at least 5 times a day, on weekends, along with automated voice-mail to reschedule. I'm answering each call to advise but it appears it is 'too' difficult to remove contact information from a call list. It has turned into borderline harassment and for that simple reason I would not use such an incompetent company because I would expect the same poor outcome from a product install.

      I hired homecraft to replace my gutters. At the time my credit score was 700. I was told the payment would be 60$ a month for 5 years, that'd it'd be more cost effective to replace my gutters than fix them. My husband agreed to the price. My paperwork said the price. 60$ a month for 5 years. I was text that I was approved for the price I was quoted and gave the go ahead. A month later I received the bill for 120$ the person I bought from ghosted me. When I reached out to the company they blamed my credit score. The paperwork left behind was missing the paper I'd signed. Don't make the same mistake I did and trust this company. They only care about money a few months later my husband was laid off and we got behind because I couldn't pay everything on my own and to help me out they wanted 200 a month instead. Worst mistake I've ever made and I'm a DV survivor.

      *****************, I would like to start by stating you financed your loan through ******* which is a third party administrator, not through HomeCraft and you would have to call them for any financing concerns you may have. I have looked over your paperwork that was signed at the time of you appointment and it does not indicate your payment would be $60, I am also more than happy to forward you all of the paperwork you signed at the time of your appointment with your representative.
