      I understand we live in a wooded area and we have bugs, but for an entire year we've had techs lie about coming to spray (we have cameras, dummies), not doing what they say, or just do a terrible job. We've been begging to end our contract for 6 months(they wouldn't allow it) and finally were told in August our contract ends after 1 more spray. My wife made it very clear, for the 6+ time that we do NOT want to renew our contract and expressed the multitude of reasons why-service *** said okay. Then out of nowhere, they showed up while no one was home on 10/31 and sprayed outside....now claiming we owe them money for a service we canceled and didn't ask for. Now they're claiming we had to call back AGAIN after the last spray of the contract to inform AGAIN we wanted to cancel....because we didn't, they AUTORENEWED our services and even though the service *** didn't say that, it's somehow our fault. I am so beyond livid and have never dealt with such terrible service. The customer service ***s are extremely rude and argue every time you call them. This place is just awful all around

We take these types of complaints very seriously and I am here to resolve them for you. First, your claim that our technicians have not been servicing your home is extremely alarming and does not meet standards here at Anthem. I would like to look into this further with you to ensure that we do our due diligence and act accordingly from there. Next, you claim that you have had difficulty in closing your account. Again, this is not something that should be a problem in doing assuming that all requirements of the agreement have been met. I would like to look into this with you further and resolve this as soon as possible. I am unable to locate your account with the limited information provided to us with this review so if you are able to respond with your account number I will go from there in resolving your issues.       This company is the worst pest control company I have ever used. The salesman said that I could cancel at anytime and after I wasnt satisfied with the third service I tried to cancel the service and was told that it would cost me the remainder of the contract. I didnt care just close to account. The services are quick the *** sprays the house in a hurry it took 9 minutes to service my 3200 square foot house. The *** said there was a fence there and he didnt want to go inside the fence if I wasnt home. When complained about the services they wanted to try and sale me a new package.

First, your comments about the salesman stating that you can cancel your account at any time. This is a confusion we make a great effort to avoid. We do this by ensuring that every new customer is explained the agreement not only by the sales **** but also by another member of our staff through our Contract Verification form. This ensures that each customer is provided details of their agreement twice prior to the first service being performed. The last thing we want is for our customers to feel that we have deceived them in any way so we make sure these 2 steps take place prior to starting service at your home. Next, your dissatisfaction with the service. If I find that services were completed in 9 minutes, then I absolutely agree that we did not meet the service standards set here at Anthem. I will need to look into your account to confirm this claim. I am unable to locate your account with the limited information provided in this review so if you are able to reply with your account number I will look into it further.       I echo all the complaints on here. I was lured in by a quick talking sales guy who was extremely pushy and even came back. Even though our neighborhood has a no solicitation policy and I ha ea sign posted. When the "schedule" service they send you a text and say they focus on the out side of the home and if you want inside service you have to call them to set that up. Then they will show up and do the outside work; which is totally ineffective; and you don't get the inside done. It's taken multiple emails, phone calls, and texts to try and get this cancelled. I locked my CC so they can't keep charging me, but they keep trying I have 5 attempts where they are trying to change me $240 for cancelling. Also they are so poorly run they don't even have record of when they did their services. This company is predatory and fraudulent, oh and did I mention their products done even work. At the end of the day shame on me for doing business with them. Hope this helps someone out there.

First, our goal is never to make our customers feel as though we pulled a fast one on them with our sales team. This is why we require that all new customers are explained the agreement no less than twice prior to performing any services at your home. Upon looking at your account I can see that both the Agreement and Contract Verification forms were completed and signed by you. At that point, we have done our due diligence to ensure that you are aware of the agreement you have entered into. I would love to discuss this further with you if you have any questions. Next, you claim that the services are ineffective. Pest control is a process and in most cases, a general treatment every few months is enough for us to keep the pest issues at bay. That being said, certain homes can require additional treatments depending on the severity of the issue. I can see that you only had 2 services performed at your home which might be the cause of the issue. We simply weren't given enough time to get rid of your issues. I would love to look into this with you to ensure that services were performed correctly. You obviously signed up for a reason, and we would love to actually help rid your home of the pest issues.       I called them to get a termite bond to sell my house. The sale was within 48 hrs. I explained this to the sales ***. ***** sales *** signed me up for some annual renewal service. WHY WOULD I SIGN UP FOR ANNUAL SERVICE ON A HOUSE I WAS SELLING IN LESS THAN 48 HRS. ***** *** screwed up and now they are calling me daily for a past due payment. I have explained my self daily - and now I'm taking legal action - And they will not let me speak to the owner, they won't put the owner on the phone. I swear this is the worst company to ever do business with. They keep hanging up on me.

      ***************** BEWARE!!!******* from DULUTH ANTHEM came to my home on 7/3 at almost 9pm with a promotional "July 4th"deal that ended up not being what he said. Now I am stuck in a contract paying over $50 more per visit than originally agreed.Tried working it out with the office and sent them the correspondence between **************** that shows we discussed the error in pricing I was told the promotion was only for one of the services and the rest would be full price, and I could cancel for $300. ************* I wasn't looking for pest control but was lured in by a fake deal.I should have trusted my first mind and sent him away.

      This company is a complete rip off. The salesperson didn't explain you can't cancel your program you signed up for without these clowns trying to charge you $212. Then they Force you to schedule an appointment you don't want, after 3 attempts, or they will charge you the $212. The customer, in this great country, *******, can't choose when they want to this ridiculous company to come out to your home on your property without paying the $212 penalty. In other words you're stuck with this unethical POS company. Then to make things worse, the first trip out to my home to remove warps from the front of my home, the guy they sent didn't even have a ladder. He also didn't clean up the dead warps from the front of my home. I had to sweep them up myself. What a worthless POS company. I'm canceling my credit card and reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau.

When you signed up for our service, you agreed to a contract that includes specific terms and conditions, one of which is that canceling the service before the completion of the contracted period would result in a reimbursement fee. This is outlined in the agreement and we do make sure all customers are informed about these terms before they agree to the ********** for the scheduling, our policy does require that customers schedule the services within the agreed-upon timeframe to avoid penalties. We try our best to work with customers on their schedules, but if appointments are repeatedly missed or rescheduled without notice, we do have to enforce these terms to ensure we can fulfill the service. Were sorry if this caused any inconvenience.Regarding the issue with the technician who arrived without a ladder and did not clean up the area properly, I deeply apologize for the lack of professionalism you experienced. This is certainly not the standard we strive for, and I will be addressing this directly with the team to ensure that our technicians provide the level of service and care that our customers expect.I understand that you feel upset by these circumstances, and I truly wish we could have done more to meet your needs.       Truth in advertising? I think not! My sales representative did an amazing job selling me on the service. His high-pressure tactics worked to a T. I signed up with Anthem Pest Control without doing my due diligence and boy am I paying for it now. Pretty much most of the selling points that I found to be so appealing are the areas in which I did not receive service. I needed pest control in my attic, the technician didn't even leave the ladder to inspect or put in traps. The technician was supposed to get down the spider webs in the garage and other areas, still have spider webs and the technician was extremely tall. I was charged for services twice in a span of less than four weeks and told that my plan only comes with 5 treatments instead of 12. I was supposed to have the entire baseline of my house sprayed (I have no bushes against my house) that did not happen. I was supposed to have my yard sprayed, but the technician did not even attempt to go into my yard at all. The person answering the phone stood ten toes down on the correctness of the charge and offered no alternatives. Had I looked at the lack of accreditation I would have stayed with my former company. This business should be shut down immediately because of their unethical business practices.

While the sales representative may have outlined a broad range of services, the service agreement you signed details a set number of treatments (5) as you mentioned which appears to be the root cause of the confusion. However, the first two services occur within 3-5 weeks of each other as explained in the Agreement and Contract Verification forms. We strive to ensure that all terms of our agreements are transparent, but I recognize that you feel this wasn't done adequately at the time of the sale. Regarding the pest control work itself, we have a strict standard of care for every technician, including making sure all specified areas, like the attic and yard, are covered. Its clear from your experience that our technician did not meet those standards, and I will be investigating this with the team to make sure that these areas are not overlooked in the future. The spider webs in your garage should have been addressed as part of the service, and I apologize that this wasnt done.Finally, I regret that you felt our customer service team was not more flexible or helpful when addressing your concerns about charges.       I have made several complaints regarding this company, as upon my first initial service the tech who came didn't not explain anything he would be doing as he stated "you wouldn't understand what it means anyway". To find him only poking around the second floor, and not actually spraying anything but asking about items in the home. upon his exit, I noticed a item missing from my home, in which it was after 5pm on Saturday and I called **** to report the matter, he assured me it would be reported and handled. Later the tech called me accusing me of lying and he didn't remove anything. I later called **** again, advising him of the call, and let him know I no longer wanted services and no longer trusted this company in my home. Fast forward, to being billed, as the termination of services was never filed and now they are trying to charge me $249 for some early cancellation fee, which should have been waived given the request for termination. This company is as fraudulent as they come. I will handle this further with my bank as the rep threatened me with collections filling if I did not pay the early termination fee, as if they didn;t see the reason for said request. Its like y'all tech stole from my home and now the company is trying to steal from my bank account. Run as far away from these ppl and paid ****** reviews they use to ******* ppl into services.

      I have several complaints about anthems service on several occasion: when i started my contract they double charged me for my house and someone else house, this took at least 2 months to resolve. Please do NOT give them a card number for a one time payment they will keep charging the card, when SPECIFICALLY tell them NOT TOO. Secondly I had called for ant treatment in my front yard they came out and treated the house across the street from my house, i watched them pull up anthems vehicle and the person sprinkle pellets in there front yard instead of mine. I called informed the person over the phone what happened she told me that, the person knocked on the door no one came to the door and they treated the yard. Of course like i told her the WRONG yard i sat and watched them through my window doing another person yard. Then told me it will be a couple days before someone can come back out to treat my yard. After this incident i just stop refusing services, i have called and told them to put in notes call before coming, they stated they CAN NOT DO THAT. i have rejected service numerous of times, they just keep coming back. Also this last time a person came i assumed he had earplugs in he could not hear me talking to him through the doorbell, rejecting service and again i got charged for service that i don't know if it was done or not. This company has provided me with too many issues, i should not be stressing about, i just want my service contract terminated.

      Steer clear of this harassing company. Techs dont complete the job but the harass you for payment. Ive receive 8 calls in 4 mins followed by 5-6 emails.

I think this is the service you are upset about which is why we came back out on 03/01/2023 to correct the issues for free since that is how our warranty works. However we have not heard from you since then and payment is still owed for the services rendered on 02/28/2023. please contact us at your earliest convenience in regards to this issue. ************
