  I called this business to repair my gas fireplace. I explained to them exactly what I needed and was told they provided the service and charge ***** to come out which would be applied to the repair cost. They came, stayed less than 30 minutes telling stating what was the problem, however, said they didn't perform that type repair. I think they just came for the trip fee since I had already told them what was the problem. I should have checked here first for reviews. Never again. They told me to call another service who would provide the service as they only did complete replacements.

  They came to our house because our Oil burner company stated we need chimney swept. They wanted us to reline our chimney and because it doe not meet regular liners it will need resealing at the cost $16,000.00. We told them no. they told us it is not up to code. We are grandfathered to this and any every house on our block would have to have this done. they called again one week later and asked if we had it done. Was told no and if we were going to do this we would get other estimates or replace the furnace for that cost and vent with a PVC pipe. they hung up on me. Do not believe what this company states. Our chimney has no holes and is open and in good condtion for a house over 100 years old.

  SCAM - They came to my house for 30 minutes. They were hired to do a Level 2 inspection and Level 2 clean. He never went on the roof (didn't even have a ladder). Charged me $500.00. I have no documentation of his inspection; no camera reviews no findings NOTHING! Stay CLEAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
  Customer Service is terrible!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!

  Customer service is terrible. Do not trust this company. I was scheduled for 10 to noon. At 1 they said they were running behind. At 2 they said the tech got hurt on the job and ask if it would be OK to reschedule for the next day at 10 and that I would be priority. Then ask for all my info again. I agreed then the next day they never showed or contacted me. Now on the 3rd day they text and said sorry and they said that they would send out someone in 7 days. Crappy people..

  $530 rip off. Refused to get on the roof. No top to bottom cleaning as promised. Apparently damaged the cap (from the ground) so rain now comes down the pipe. Heater is unusable. Don't do it.

  Terrible company. Inspected the chimney to our wood-burning stove and said it was fine, but inspected the chimney to a furnace and said it needed $5000 worth of work. Had a second and third opinion and was told the chimney to the furnace was fine, but the chimney to the wood-burning stove had the wrong liner (aluminum, not steel) which was very dangerous and in violation of code. Called A1 to find out why they passed the wood burning stove and asking for the inspection fee to be refunded, and was told by a very rude man they were not refunding anything and he then hung up on me.

  I called to have my chimney cleaned and the damper repaired. Even though it was a little higher than first quoted on the phone, after questioning, I understood and was fine with it.My HUGE complaint is on the customer service. The internet said it had an *****, ** address. I called asking for the address - 3 times and 3 times they hung up on me - as not to give me the address. Avi was the one that cleaned the chimney, he was lovely, thourough and left everything very clean.I mentioned this to Avi - doesnt look good for a company to handle clients this way, it makes the company look like not a real company. *** told me to call again, in front of him, because he was surprised. I did call, in front of him, (3rd time) spoke to a woman, again pretty much hung up on me. *** was surprised and quite upset on what he had witnessed.I paid, *** left and again I called the so called company asking to speak to a surpervisor. The same man I spoke to before said he was one of them. Wow - the conversation that happened next was totally un real. He was extremely rude, saying I was abusive (reminder - I made the call in front of Avi). That he "dealt" with people like me. (?) That I was harrasing them caling - Seriously, unreal. I do not recommend this company. Avi, again was lovely. The company - avoid it. I should have done better research when looking up chimney companies - my fault as well.

  I wish I could give them a zero star. I was told when I scheduled the appointment that there was a $99 inspection fee that would be applied to to the cleaning total price and the technician would do the work that day. Well, the first thing the technician said is this is a two man job and that work would have to be scheduled. Also he mentioned a 5% discount. I called the office and scheduled the appointment and verified the $99 inspection fee plus 5% discounts from the bill and there was no resistance. No one ever showed or called to do the cleaning. I looked them up online to get the phone number and there was an advertisement for 10% off. I called the manager and they refused to honor the $99 price reduction, 5% or 10% discounts. I made it very clear that I felt that they had scammed me and gave her another chance to honor their quotes before I went online and left the most negative review that I could. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

  Very shady business dealings! I was charged $1,925 to brush the chimney, apply caulking to the seams and cracks in ************ and a so called spray seal and paint. All the products could be purchased at ********** for under $100 easy.I would never use these people again or recommend them to anyone.

  Thank you all for taking the time to write your review. I was almost a victim to this company as well. But lucky for me that I set up an appointment to have someone come out to do an inspection but no one ever showed up nor did I get a phone call. I then jumped online to look at their reviews and found that it is a Huge blessing to me that no one showed up! I have learned my ******* I will definitely NOT do business with this company and I will do my research BEFORE hiring another company to do anything!
