      Fraudulent practices! Two times! I purchased an A/C unit from them approx 4-5 years ago. Within first year they told me they were no longer providing service for our area. One year ago they practically begged me to allow them to provide service again. They assured me they would not drop service yhis time. So I purchased a service warranty that prepaid for certain service checkups etc. They scheduled our first prepaid service for Monday of this week. Then they sent me a text Monday morning to cancel. When I called back today to reschedule my prepaid service, they told me once again they no longer provide service in my area. How infuriating and unprofessional! They took my money in advance and now deny service and offer no solution. Might have to take this further. This is unacceptable.

      We have been using Service First Pros for several years now. They are always quick in response, courteous, knowledgeable and do a great job. ****, ***** ,**** and ***** came today at 930 am to install 3 heating systems, all done, pertinent info given, cleaned up beautifully and done at 430pm! What more could you want! I Highly recommend this company and their technicians.

      We couldn't recommend Service 1st Pros anymore if we tried. We've never dealt with a company that was this top notch when it came to professionalism. We had been having an issue with our heat, called at 8am, ***** was at our house by 10:30 to diagnose our issue. After realizing that we needed a new furnace he was able to have two technicians, ***** and ****, dispatched to our house. They arrived and completed what we were told to be a 6 hour job in exactly 1.5 hours.If that doesn't speak volumes to the level of service you can expect from Service 1st, then I don't know what will. Thank you again to *****, **** and ***** for getting our house warm again!Also, should be mentioned that this was day before Thanksgiving...and they were open AND able to take care of us! Thank you again Service 1st for being the bench **** for all other HVAC companies out there!!!

      Amazing customer **********************. Professional employees. Employees took care of protecting my floors . Showed video and pictures and easy understandable explanations of what was wrong with my system and how they have repaired it. Highly recommend!

      I used them long ago in 2018 and again today in 2024. ****** and ***** were professional and friendly. It was easy to get a same day appt. I received confirmation of appt with his picture. They called 30 minutes before arrival as promised. They wore shoe covers which was appreciated. They discovered what another servicer didnt. ****** learned. I will only use Service 1st Pro going forward. They took time to explain the issue, how to avoid going forward, repair options with descriptions and prices, as well as methods of payment. And they were willing to schedule to start repairs on the same day. I HIGHLY recommend Service 1st Pro.
