      ***** and his partner ****** were very professional, kind and respectful of our home. Thank you for being considerate by wearing booties over your shoes and a face mask in our house. We appreciated that so much. ***** was very knowledgeable & thorough in explaining everything that was going on with our HVAC during today's scheduled yearly check. He gave good insight and recommendations that will get our systems operating in optimal condition. We look forward to allowing ***** and ****** work on our systems in the future. He also recommended a dehumidifier system that is best for our basement issues. Thank you ***** and ****** for a pleasant experience today!

      We've used Service First for roughly 4 years to service our HVAC system. We were so impressed at their initial service visit by their customer **********************, informative visits, and knowledgable staff that we became members and prepaid for service visits for Spring/Fall. They remind you through phone call or text to schedule your service, they send you a message with a picture and profile on your tech to put the customer at ease--you already feel you know a little something about them before they knock on your door.This week after our Fall service visit, ***** and ****** informed us of a gas leak that needed to be fixed as well as gave us the update on what needed to be done with our unit. Unfortunately, for us, it was quite a bit that needed to be repaired, but since the gas leak was an immediate need and safety issue they sent out their tech **** out as soon as possible. Knowing my schedule was limited, because of school carpool, **** made sure that **** knew it was imperative that he be in and out as soon as possible. They worked with my husband on financing to get us set up to install our new HVAC system, and miraculously within 48 hours, we've had a gas leak repaired and our new system installed. ***** and **** worked efficiently and neatly. This is another brag I have about Service First--they always clean up after themselves. They're respectful of the inside of people's homes and where the boot coverings. All of these are things I greatly appreciate.Truly some of the best customer ********************** around!

      All the staff I came into contact with were very friendly. The booking agent attended to my need to book an appointment as soon as possible. The young man who did the inspection and estimate was very knowledgeable and efficient. The installers did an excellent job, were very polite, and cleaned up afterward. A very professional company! I would recommend them to anyone!

      3 grand for 2 hours with of work and zero materials. The first person to come out and do the assessment told us the problem was the return. His solution was the duct service for ********. I told him it was something with the dampener. Desperate to get resolved we agreed. The repair man shows up and sure enough, it was the dampener. Service man removed the dampener, re connected one return and put some insulation over a couple to ducts. When really we just needed the dampener removed. In and out in under 2 hours, absolutely not worth it and will not be return clients
