    Absolutely horrible customer service! I bought a pool vacuum from Aiper in 2021. Within the first year, it died. It took me forever communicating with them (via email only) for them to ship me a refurbished unit. Then within the next year, wheels started to break. They have no spare parts and they dont even sell the unit any longer. They wont communicate well, again email only. Why not stock spare parts so people dont have to drop another $250 for another vacuum just 2 years later. I would NEVER recommend this companys products to anyone!

    Much like the other reviewers, this company has been the absolute worst to work with. I purchased their pool vacuum which failed after 3 uses, well within the 1 year warranty I might add. I have had nothing but trouble with the warranty, and this company. I've made well over a dozen calls, sent their required videos and photos of the failed unit, called again, emailed again... nothing but a run around. They keep saying they will contact me within 72 hours and never do. Call again, asking for an update an, I get more questions (that I've already answered) about my info... nothing but a run around again. Ultimately I'm calling my cc company to stop payment, and finding a different solution. Don't do business with this company.

    ******* says no hassle warranty. This has been nothing but a hassle. They can barely speak English in the emails from customer service. I had to provide everything except a shipping label. They received the unit and then 15 days later they finally shipped me a refurbished unit back that was covered in water stains and had used brushes and wheels. I will never ever buy from this company again. Absolutely trash customer service.

    I purchased a pool vacuum last June and had to send it in for warranty this yr. I have been fighting with them for over two months now. I had to send them my unit and they were supposed to send me a refurbished unit. I received a shell of the unit, it had no motor!!!!!! I have been getting the run around for two months now and you have to communicate through email. They tell you they are going to send you another unit but never do anything!!!!!!!!!!!!! BEWARE. Rating should be 0!!!!!

    can I give this company a Zero? The customer service is atrocious. It is handled out of *************** and *****, although the company is based out of *******. I have called 7 times spoken to different agents each time and promised that I r=would receive a call back and have not received anything in return. Sad thing is I like their product, but would not but=y another one because if I have an issue, there is no avenue to resolve an issue

    I would give 0 stars if that was an option! Spent over $300 on a vaccume less then 7 months old. Its broken, and they will not honor their 1 year ****** free warrante to replace the product. **************** advised they cannot replace it as they are no longer making the model, no longer shop to ****** (where we originally had it shipped to) and to refund would mean the company was out money, so they will not provide a full refund. They did offer to refund 1/2 so we can buy another aiper vaccume, but 1/2 does not even cover the cost of their cheapest base model! Absolutely awful, they should not be selling anymore!!!

    My pool vacuum for one season. Beginning of second season it would not work. Just made it under the manufacturer 1yr warranty. When I placed the claim I was told I would be receiving a used refurbished unit as a replacement. They don't tell you that when you purchased it. Also you have to send the broken unit to there facility overseas before they will send the replacement. I have been waiting a month and i still don't have my replacement. Also customer service is awful. Forget getting through to a real person. I tried every day for a week with no success. Email response is 3-4 days. This company is not worth the hassle. Please take my advice and purchase a different brand pool vacuum.
