    Horrible product with horrible customer service! My ********************** Seagull pool vacuum stopped working after 1 season, but was past the 1 year warranty from purchase date. It charges and will do one run straight across pool then just doesn't continue. **************** told me I can sent it back and pay for the repair myself! Or I had the option to purchase a new one at a discounted price?!?! Seriously? I'm already out all the money for one that only lasted one season and they think I want to spend more on their junk!

    Ive been trying to get my refund for a new product that was returned per their instructions for 3+ weeks now. They use AI auto generated responses and provide conflicting emails that make no sense. I have been trying to get this resolved for 3 weeks now. They have the returned product (In their possession (per ***** tracking number and they have confirmed that) AND my money still. This may be the worst customer support experience I have ever experienced. I have had to dispute the charge with my credit card company as well. I was excited to buy a higher end model from them once refund was issued, but I will now be going to *******. I wish I could leave 0 stars.

    Purchase the Aiper Seagull Se cordless cleaner for my pool in May of 2023 paid 200 bucks for it. Now it wont work! Says its fully charged but when I put it in the pool to clean it it runs for half an hour and shuts off. Cant get ahold of the company because they say they have higher then normal calls and then just hangs up! Something needs to be done so many complaints against them!

    Unethical company on every level. They jack up the prices and then put the items on sale. They have no interest in their customers and are dismissive and uncaring I would be very cautious about doing business with this company. If you need any more convincing just look at the amount of responses they provided to complaints. This is a company that essentially just gaslights people with misinformation. They have an enormously slick website and their product appears to be innovative but ultimately if you have an issue you can forget getting any help.

    Wish I could give them less than 1 star! Charges but won't move in the pool. **************** not responsive. They don't care.

    Purchased the ****** Plus last summer. It lasted right at a year. They send a refurbished machine to replace, it lasted less than a month. Now they are sending me a lesser refurbished machine because this one is no longer in production. Will never purchase from them again and never recommend.

    Purchased Aiper seagull pro on sept 4th,23, for ******. We used the machine for 1 month during that time, called and said it's not climbing the walls and I was asked to troubleshoot. I went on to use the machine floor only and then hired a pool company and then we didn't use the pool in the winter. Put machine in pool in march and it stopped working I called multiple times and they started in with we will send you a refurbished machine and I said NO WAY. I paid for a brand new machine I want the same. Your terms and agreement says nothing about getting someone else's issues of a machine. I have multiple emails stating we will send you a new machine but of course NONE in stock, How convenient. But you are selling to everyone else in the world. I have emails from multiple **** from this company and each one says something different, they tired to tell me I can get a partial refund WHAT???? The product doesn't work and it's defective so I should pay for your machine that doesn't work. This wasn't a rental this was bought in full. I was refunded ****** and I paid ******. I am going to report this company to the ***, The state of *************** of goods and services and well as the State of **. You are a fraudulent company. Your shady and dirty and this is not going to go well for you. You make people believe in your product and then you stab them in the back and take our hard earned money and won't make it right. Plus the fake partial refund c*** They constantly promise one thing and then change the situation around. I would rather pay 1k to a bigger company and get reliable service and if an items breaks and has a warranty they listen and actually replace it and honor the warranty. Each email its we will give you 40 more if you buy another product, show us the receipt. Elle, ****** ****** shame on you for lying to people and not actually standing up and doing the right thing. I want my remaining $126.99 back to my card NOW. Plus the fake partial refund c***

    The Aiper SE Seagull pool vacuum worked for three months and then stopped. When pulled out for use this summer it didnt work. They offered paid repair. It shouldnt cost to repair such a rarely used product.Dont buy this. Read other complaints. Mine are identical

    Their product broke within 3 months of use and still under warranty. They would not replace with same product or a product of equal or greater value. The wanted to replace with a refurbished lower grade model. UNACCEPTABLE! I agreed to a partial refund after going back and forth on emails for a month. (Only way you can contact customer service). I am still waiting on refund after 2 weeks! HORRIBLE customer service!! ********************** do better! I will never buy another product from you again and never recommend.

    I received an email from Aiper that indicated that the S1 Pro was on sale for $879.99. Within an hour of receiving the email, I clicked on the link to purchase the item. The website indicated the price was $999.99. The email did not indicate a coupon code nor an expiration date for the deal. It did include a coupon code for a $30 savings elsewhere in the email. I contacted customer service and my issue was escalated. I received a response that Aiper could not honor the advertised price because the sale was time sensitive. The manager offered a $30 discount instead. This $30 discount was already included in the original ad emailed to me. Again, I opened the email within an hour of receiving the email. No where in the email did it indicate this was a time sensitive promotion.The following day, I received an additional email from Aiper that offered the S1 Pro at $899. Within seconds of receiving the email, I clicked the link within the email to purchase the robot. Again, I was met with the price of $999.99 and not the advertised price in the email. Aiper is using bait and switch and false advertising techniques to lure customers into purchasing their products at higher prices.
