    I purchased an Aiper Scuba X1 robotic pool cleaner, direct from Aiper, on 6/27/25 for $989.99 and received it on 7/1/25. I used the unit 3 or 4 times and then it completely died. I contacted customer support on 7/7/25 and was told to return the unit for an immediate replacement. I returned the unit on7/8 and they received it on 7/10/25. As of today, 7/17/25, they have still not shipped, nor I have received the replacement unit. I have contacted them daily and continue to get the run around that it is in *** Ex's hands and not their problem. *** Ex shows a record of the tracking number being established, but no product being delivered nor product movement. I have requested, numerous times for a full refund, citing their 30 day money back guarantee and they refuse to provide a refund. They just continue to hide behind the off shore customer service team and the tracking number that was created on 7/13/25. I have emailed daily and called at multiple times, with no resolution, no refund, and no timeline for delivery of the replacement unit. I am currently out $1000, have no pool cleaner and no resolution. I attempted to engage with Aiper via a TikTok Live event they were hosting to sale more units, and they would not respond to my inquiries and then muted me from engaging at all. That is clearly an indication that they do not have the customer's best interest in mind and are running a scam by not standing behind their product.

    I purchased a surfer s2 in july 4th for $170.00. On july 7th got an email stating i am being refunded. I called to find out why after being told i was misinformed and the one customer service wasnt under standing the issue. I called back and got told i wasnt charged enough and had to repurchase the product at a higher amount "due to a system error" .

    Bought product in 2023 also purchased an extended warranty for two years when the remote pool vacuum was not working I was told by ascurian that it was still under manufacture warranty to reach out to *** ER which I did and took over a month to get a resolution sent me another vacuum in 2024 and this vacuum also does not work. I was told by ****** that I cannot return it after explained my problem that the original issue was never taken care of. Ive been back-and-forth with *** ER customer service and they are absolutely horrible. I never received a product that worked correctly whether it be under the manufacturer warranty or the additional two year warranty that I purchased, but was never able to use.

    Purchased a Seagull800B on 5/2024, reached out to customer service since the machine stopped working 5/2025. I returned the device to be repaired, they sent me back the repaired machine, unfortunately they sent me a broken machine. This all happened within the 2 weeks before memorial day. I went back and forth with customer service ( ***** ***** ******, Petite ) and after a week they sent me another machine ( another model ). We used it about 3 times and now it doesn't work again. I reached out to their customer service again on 6/2 and they told me someone would call me within the hour. Unfortunately today is 6/3 and I am still waiting for the phone call and all I have is a broken machine.

    We sent our Aiper unit in for repair and clearly requested that our original unit be fixed and returnednot replaced with a refurbished device. On the evening of May 28, 2025, we received a different unit via ************. Upon unboxing, it was immediately apparent that this was not our unit. The returned device had different marks and scuffs than ours, and most notably, the serial number did not match the unit we originally sent.We reviewed the previous repair report to confirm this, and there is no question that the unit we received is not the same one we sent in. We have also referenced prior communications, in which Aiper acknowledged our request to have our own unit repaired, not swapped for a refurbished machine.Despite multiple attempts to resolve this directly with Aiper, our concerns remain unaddressed. There has been no clear explanation or solution offered, and the replacement of our unit was done without our consent or any prior communication.This conduct is unethical and unacceptable, and we are extremely dissatisfied with the way this has been handled.Desired Resolution:We are requesting one of the following: - Return of our original repaired unit, or - A brand-new replacement unit (not refurbished), as outlined in Aipers previous email communications.We are also requesting that this issue be escalated within Aiper and handled with the urgency and professionalism it deserves.Dates of Correspondence:- April 16, 2025 - April 17, 2025 - April 18, 2025 - May 5, 2025 - May 6, 2025 - May 7, 2025 - May 8, 2025 - May 9, 2025 - May 12, 2025 - May 13, 2025 - May 29, 2025

    I bought the Aiper Scuba SE May 2024. It's used to clean pools and I live in the northeast, so I used it for 3 months and then stored it safely and got it back out in the spring. Charged it fully multiple times but it won't turn on. Contacted the company and the agent said it was a faulty unit. The business offered nothing to help, I even offered to pay some a of a replacement but they would barely give a discount more than the free coupon codes found online. I even offered to pay some for a refurbished unit but the agent would not help at all. Company admitted the product I bought was faulty but because of the timing of when it's used, it's outside of the warranty period. Agent was rude and wasted my time with no help. No supervisor available. Ive read this happening to many online. Would like a full refund. You can tell the company's shady practices because they keep removing their old Amazon listings and creating new ones for the same product. In my opinion, it's to hide negative reviews.

    Product purchased 2 week after stop working and contact aisper seagull plus customer support and they issued replacement unit to have that one also stop working . I contact company and told they stop making that model and can't issue replacement nor refund

    I purchased aipher 1500 pro Sometime in Christmas of 2023. When I went to use the 1st robot cleaner during June of 24 I came to realize it was broken. I called aipher and they apologize and agreed to send me a new one out for replacement. When the 2nd one arrived, it was used and stainned Yellow as it has been used and or old it was tossed in a box along with a handheld vacuum Cleaner that was broken. I was pretty upset over this, I just spent a lot more money than I wanted to, just to be taken. I Called customer support right away when I finally got ahold of someone after a few tries, they apologize for this and what this caused. I went to use this robot on Saturday just to find out it doesnt work. I contacted aipher support and explain, for a replacement I was sent a broken used machine. Their reply was your out of warranty now and it was the motor, but we can offer you a coupon. I never got to use the first one I spent a lot of money on and the 2nd one that never worked. This is very unfair especially for someone who stands by their product.
