    Aiper recalled my pool cleaner which cleans my pool twice a day. They asked me to send it back and they would replace it with a similar but not as good of a pool cleaner. I disagreed with the resolution so they stated they would provide me with a non recalled version of my pool cleaner. I agreed. They sent me a return mailer and advised to send mine in and they would ship the replacement as soon as it is received. I asked if they could send me the replacement first because I live in a heavily wooded area and need to keep the pool cleaner or it will stain the plaster. They said no worries just send it in and they will get one out right away. So I reluctantly sent it in. 7 days pass and I didnt hear anything about a shipment so I sent an email inquiring where my replacement was. They responded with oh we are out of stock of the pool cleaner (the one I didnt want) and that they expect restocking may 10th and they would try and send it out soon after. Mind you thats 30 days after I sent in my current cleaner. Ive contacted the business by phone and spoke with ***** *** who basically said theres nothing he could do. So now I have staining in my pool and am needing to spend 1000s of dollars repairing the damage from not being able to clean the pool. If Aiper cannot get this rectified promptly then I would like a full refund so I can get a pool cleaner asap

    They told us we had to send bank out pool clean right away because of a recall, and they said they would send a new one out as soon as they received ours. We have a really hard time getting a hold of them. Now they have told us just to buy a new one and they will give us a credit for the different. Now way am I buying a brand new one and waiting for to refund me the different. I can barely get a hold of them now. If they are not going to send us out a new one I want a refund.

    Long story short... A company who sells robotic pool vacuums sold me a faulty unit and it nearly burned down my families home. It did however catch fire while charging and burn a 1/4 of my families pool deck into ashes. I emailed Aiper customer service, they gave me instructions to ship the faulty unit back to them however it was burned up so badly that ******* would not ship it anywhere in the charred condition it was in so the next morning unbeknownst to my wife she sat it out to the trash man because well at that point thats what it was. Aiper corresponded with me through email and assured me that they would pay for my repairs as well as send me another unit, an upgrade even but when they found out we sat the machine out to the trash they then said " well we need an order number and we can't find your name and a bunch of other bs but all the while kept assuring me that I would be repaid for repairs and sent another unit. THEY LIED TO MY WIFE, THEY LIED TO MY 2 KIDS AND THEY LIED TO ME. SOMEONE FROM THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE.

    I am reaching out regarding a recall involving my Aiper swimming pool vacuum. I have fully complied with all return procedures as instructed by Aiper and successfully returned the unit. According to Aipers recall notice, customers were to receive an upgraded replacement model as compensation for the inconvenience.However, I was informed that the promised model is currently out of stock. I have since requested that Aiper provide the next available model as a replacement, but this request has been repeatedly stalled.This matter has been ongoing since March 20th. At this point, Aiper has both my returned unit which was in working condition and my original payment, yet I have received no replacement or resolution.I respectfully request immediate action to resolve this issue by providing a comparable or better replacement model without further delay.

    This company has a recall out on an item that I purchased and for 3 weeks I have been promised a return label to return the recalled product. Each time i speak with a representative I am promised a label that never arrives!! I am told the issue has been escalated. Let alone they are telling me that after they do receive the recalled product back that it will take 30 days to receive a new item. I can order a new one and have it in 3 days!! This company is a joke and this has taken so much of my time and should have been taken care of weeks ago!! This item is still under warranty and I also purchased an extended warranty. Please help with this ridiculous situation. This company is not doing its due diligence to correct this problem. Thank you

    A recall was issued on a product I purchased from this company due to a fire hazard. The company is supposed to send a prepaid mailing label to return the product but has not done so and will not respond to any contact to obtain this label.

    Aiper Intelligent, LLC recently released a new flagship model, Aiper Scuba X1 Pro Max, to consumers in ********** and nationally. This model was publicly advertised at $2,299 in its media release and promotional materials. However, on its official website, the product price was a crossed-out $3,299 alongside with the selling price of $2,299. The crossed-out price does not represent a former selling price or a manufacturers suggested retail price, as evidenced by Aipers own press releases.This practice violates Section ***** of the California Business and Professions Code (BPC), as well as guidelines of the ************************* (***), which prohibit false or misleading price comparisons.

    I purchased an Aiper Seagull Pro online. Shortly after purchase problems started. The Aiper Seagull pro would always get stuck on the drain in the pool. I called technical support and they told me this was a design flaw and they had no solution for the problem. They told me they new models have a track design system that resolves this problem. Later the motors started to fail and the pool cleaner would not operate. I called support and gave serial numbers. They told me it came with a 24 month warranty and was less than two years old. They later refused to fix their item. I purchased it October 23.

    Purchased Aiper Seagull Pro new on **** in August 2023. Aiper claims a 24 month warranty. August 2024 unit stops working. A widely known issue of red light/motor failure. Reached out to Aiper for warranty claim and the declined stating warranty only applies from "authorized sales channels".Now I'm stuck with a $600 paper weight. It's a deceptive and false advertisement that their new products have 2 year warranty. They hide behind this to shield themselves from their known defective units.They suggest i reach out to ****,which only offers 30 day warranty as they very well know. They have since upgraded this model,I assume to make it more waterproof and avoid the onslaught of warranty claims they have had due to this defect. Since it was a company wide known failure of water getting in the motor. You would think a pool robot wouldn't break if placed in water. That is not the case. I want a replacement with the upgraded model.

    I purchased a pool vacume on 6/23/23. It broke 6 weeks later, after 6 usages. They replaced it but I had closed my pool for the season and never used it. Once I reopened my pool in late spring of *************************************************************** use. Each time I have conversation the company informs me the machine is full of problems. I sent back the broken machine and was sent a replacement. I charged it and went to use the replacement and IT DOESNT WORK AT ALL. At this point I've have had 3 machines. 2 worked around 6 weeks and stop working, 1 didn't work at all. I have asked for my money back. I have been offered $50.00 OR a machine. The machine is their cheapest model, a model not even meant for an unground pool. Please help me.
