My wife purchased this product for xmas gift on dec.7 , they took her money on dec. 8, and tried to contact them mulitpole times and never hear anything from them.

Review of ticket history, customer was notified that we were not able to fulfil the order and was offered refund or to ship the item.
After receipt of complaint, I have processed a refund for the purchase (attached) and cancelled the open order.

on 11/28/22 I purchased $229.88 worth of merchandise for my grandchildren for Christmas. I have yet to see the "certificate" nor have the items sent to me. One inquiry says "certificate will be mailed in **** days" the next inquiry states that the product will be shipped directly to me. This is absurd. They no longer need to be doing business... whoever THIS particular company is that joined IncetRev because I haven't had this issue before. They scammed MANY MANY ppl out of items/products!Business Response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ******** and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.I received emails from Sweet Deals stating that I will be refunded. If for any reason this doesn't happen, I will reach out to you again. I do realize it will take a few days.
