  My Road Side Assistant account booked for them to tow my car. They confirmed they could tow my car and and put a $150 hold on my credit card. Did not show up and tried calling them 2 hrs after eta. These people are a scam after reading same bad reviews on other sites.

  Horrible, sat waiting for two hours no wrecker. tried to call, no answer and mailbox full. Called my ins. company they could not get anyone, cancelled and went with a different company. if I could have left no stars at all I would have.

  Absolutely the worse service I have ever had the misfortune of using! They said they took my car to the correct location, and when they were "told it was refused" which is a patent lie, instead of calling me the customer they drove it thirty miles away to their storage facility and never let me know what happened. Additionally while my car was in their possession somebody stole a table right out of the back of my car which I could not take out after the accident because it was too heavy and I did not have a car because it was in an accident (duh!)If I could give it zero starts I would. Also this is one of the companies that was contracted by the insurance company State Farm, I also blame them for even using this service to begin with.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! The receptionist was rude. They lied to me when they said they called me. My call logs showed no such phon call to me They wanted me to pay before the truck was dispatch to my location OVER CASH APP and would not send the truck until I did. Which was against my insurance companies policy dealing with tow companies. The wait time was ridiculous they said it was 45 minutes away it took two hours before I heard anything. This whole experience felt like a scam. Do not use Unique Towing And Recovery llc

  Progressive gave me a 2 hr wait time for them. They were supposed to send a text or call with an update and did not. I waited an hour and decided to call , they told me they cancelled the tow because of the parking garage. Then yelled at me and hung up the phone . Should receive 0 stars.

  NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!They are the rudest, most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with.My insurance company, USAA, assigned them to tow my car. They lost my car. My car was vandalized, this company picked it up, didn't enter my car in the system so i was unable to find my car. After i found it, they told me my car exposed to the elements, which I'm sure my car has rain damage now.They don't answer the phone, if they do, they put on hold and never come back or they block you.I am retaining a lawyer now to be compensated for the water damages.NEVER, EVER ALLOW THIS COMPANY TO TOW YOUR CAR!! IF YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY ASSIGNS THEM TO YOUR VEHICLE, PLEASE DENY THEIR TOWING SERVICES!!!! YOU WILL MOST DEFINITELY REGRET THE DECISION!!!

  Progressive assigned them to my tow. My car wont start and I dont even have heat. I was stranded at a ******* from 10 am and Im still waiting here at 2:16 pm. Theyre most definitely scammers and foul people. Im in the freezing cold only a few blocks from my house and I cant leave my car because the gas station will have my car taken elsewhere. What kind of company leaves a girl alone at a gas station for almost FIVE hours and counting in 30 degree weather?? This place is a joke and I hope they lose any contract they have. Im really not one to leave bad reviews but Im freezing and hungry because Ive been here all day and they have not even attempted to contact me about the status of my tow Ive had to call them three times now and get the same bs answer. Oh hes finishing another job h*** be there soon. If you dont have the means to run a company like this efficiently and professionally then f****** dont. Youre dealing with people stranded with their vehicles act accordingly please.

  This company is the worst. Shame on Statefarm for contracting with his awful company. My husband was on the side of the road and needed a tow and we have "roadside assistance" from Statefarm. We called to open a ticket to have a tow company come and tow my husband. Statefarm then calls demanding payment BEFORE the tow truck even arrived..which he never did arrive. Got a text message as soon as we paid the price for a tow truck to be dispatched. Wait time was 2 and a half to three hours. On the side of the road... husband waits THREE HOURS AND NO TOW TRUCK ARRIVES. Get another text message from Statefarm saying they are bringing out another tow truck from another company. Never showed up. Shame on Unique and Statefarm. NEVER AGAIN!!!! This is an awful company. They never answer their phones and they didn't even call to confirm they were enroute. Craziness.
