    THEY ARE AWFUL!! THE DISPATCH IS NASTY AND FACETIOUS!!! IF YOU CAN AVOID THEM PLEASE DO!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!

    This company is the worst that I've ever encountered. *** roadside assistance assigned them to tow my truck. The driver was so rude to me. He was on a phone call while I was trying to talk to him. He popped my hood and I asked him what he was doing. He said he's doing his job, that I look like I know nothing about cars, and that he doesn't have time to explain what he was doing. I'm the customer and have the right to know what he was doing to my truck! I told him to leave. I did not appreciate how he spoke to me or handled my vehicle. To make matters worse, I called the owner of the towing company. He made excuses, saying that they're busy and might not have time to explain what they're doing. Furthermore, he went on to ask me, "Well, do you know anything about cars?' They treated me so poorly, and I believe that it's because I'm a woman. Don't use this company.

    ******** customer service. The total time took 5 hours but Im a reasonable person and I understand tow companies are priority based so the time didnt really bother me. But if you are 5 hours behind you need to communicate with the customer. I had to call 5 times for updates. I asked the driver to call me when he picked up, no call. Asked for them to call when they dropped off, no call. Then they just dropped my car in front of my driveway, not in the driveway. Left my keys in plain sight in the cup holder. Just awful.

    **********************. Delays happen, that's inevitable, but the dispatcher was beyond rude each time I kindly asked for an ETA, he responded with a smart mouth and was very defensive and dismissive for a simple clarification question. 2 hours turned to 5 before I cancelled, each time I called another hour would mysteriously get added to my wait time. 0/10, would NEVER recommend.

    Crooks!!! Shut it down. So one of the tow truck drivers hit my car, I informed the owner back in February, he said that he would investigate and get back to me. Fast forward 2 months, he's saying he didn't receive any proof and I know he did cuz I submitted it. Will be filing a report with the police. Shut this m*********** down. The owner is Hispanic I believe and racist as f*** F*** y'all incompetent b****** Now I'm left with a damaged car.

    Terrible humans at this company. Very bitter. Left me stranded at 4am. Lied saying that he was looking for my car and couldnt find it. He then somehow accidentally called me back and I listened to him talk to someone else about me, calling me out of my name along with other disrespectful things.

    ******** customer service. The driver was very unprofessional and spoke in slang as well as the dispatcher/ "supervisor"...The driver lied about the circumstances of the towing of my vehicle to his dispatch, I guess because of the amount of work it involved. When I spoke with the dispatch again, I let him know that he was being recorded, he then went on to say that the driver would be there shortly but the driver was going to stop and get him something to eat. Definitely disrespectful and inconsiderate. The dispatcher was of Hispanic descent and the tow driver sounded African american. I wasn't able to confirm any names.

    Waited for over three hours for a job that was supposed to take ****** minutes. They reported they couldnt find my car despite my clear instructions and the obvious location of my car. They didnt call me about it, just canceled the job. There was no communication and NO professionalism.

    This company was contacted by my insurance company around 1 am on a Saturday morning. I received a text from progressive stating it would be 60 to *****************************************************************************************************************
