  This company is dismal. They never send a tow but will keep telling you they're on the way. I waited 6 hours yesterday for a tow that never came. They cancelled it without telling me, but every time I checked the status through the Progressive app, they kept saying they were getting closer and closer. No one who works there deserves a job anywhere. Sheer incompetence and callous contempt of their own customers. Why the h*** Progressive keeps assigning them to jobs is beyond me. I'm thoroughly disappointed with Progressive's Roadside Assistance program as a result. Maddening Kafkaesque bureaucratic runaround to nowhere. May they all turn into insects and get stomped.

  THE WORST TOWING COMPANY!! INCOMPETENT AND USELESS I was involved in a car accident my car was inoperable my insurance setup a request for roadside assistance 2 hrs later they called and said they were en route asked what was wrong with the car I said Id been in an accident and needed to be towed home as it was a Sunday evening and no shops were open at the time. The tow truck driver was very rude and very unhelpful He told me over the phone that he could not pick my car and take me or it home 5 minutes away from the accident site because it needed to be filed as an accident claim which I had done prior to being setup for roadside thru my insurance and that he had other cars to pickup . My insurance called me and said HE CANCELLED MY REQUEST BC HE SAID THAT I SAID I NO LONGER NEEDED SERVICE AFTER REPEATEDLY ASKED FOR HIM SERVICE. After saying all that HE STILL CAME to my location and I asked was he coming to help but he said NO he simply said oh Im at the wrong location the silly man came to pickup one of the other cars he said he had to pickup earlier on the phone , at my location. So I called my insurance back to let them know what he said AND ALLSTATE SAID THAT IT WAS WEIRD bc he was supposed to pickup the car AND APOLOGIZED FOR THE INCONVENIENCE but still dispatched my tow to them AGAIN for another 2 hr ETA I didnt want to see that company again nor did I want to do business with them. After that I just used AAA and still let Unique pickup my car at empty location bc me AND my car was at home way before they were even en route cuz AAA DONT PLAY!! terrible reviews on BBB YIKES Ill file a formal complaint against them with my insurance and send them here to read all these other complaints against them urge them to cancel their contract with them Bad enough my car was rendered inoperable the worst part was that I was also left in the lurch by this company I will emphasize the severe level of incompetency and uselessness this towing company exhibits!!!

  I met the tow truck driver at the kroger on ******************************************************************* and he loaded my 2016 Dodge Ram pickup truck on to his tow truck and drove it to the location that it was being dropped off to 1882 **********************************. When the driver unloaded the vehicle, he ripped the front bumper off of the vehicle. I was standing towards the side next to the vehicle that I drove. The driver called me over and showed me what happened and he said he was notifying the owner of the business he worked for what happened and that the owner would call me the next day to arrange for them to fix thedamages. I felt bad for him and i asked him if he was going to get into a lot of trouble and he said no, but he woulkdhave to pay for the repairs out of his pocket. I waited a day for the owner to call and i didnt hear anything. On Saturday April 20th, I called their business line. I spoke with their phone attendant and she said to email the owner directly, which i did and she said she would also ask him to call me. I waited a few days and didnt hear from anyone so i called again early in the morning on Wednesday April 24th and spoke with someone (may have been the same person i initially spoke with on Saturday April 20th, and they said they would have the owner call me that day. I never heard from anyone so I called again on Thursday evening April 25th and spoke with the same attendant again. She said that she was the person that the driver spoke with when the initial incident happened so she was well aware of my situation and she would ask the owner again to call me. As of today, Saturday April 27th, i have not received a call from anyone at Unique towing and my car is still damaged and unoperable.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. This company was used by my roadside assistance company. After a 3 hour wait in the middle of a dangerous street , we were told by an extremely unprofessional employee that they were not coming. We used our GPS to ping our exact location and they still couldn't find **. They should not have a license to do business in the ****************

  The worst customer service the communication is horrible. The woman on the phone called me at 5:18 am and I scheduled my appointment for 7 to 8 am so I obviously was not able to get that call because I was sleep. The driver called me after he had texted me.. I had no idea the people were calling me because I was asleep at 5am. So the driver let me know that he was running late. I asked if he would call me when he got to my home. He called and said he could not find my home so we had a whole conversation about where my home was exactly. I again said call when you get here. He never called. I called him and he did not answer. I called the business and she said he could not wait on me any longer and left and I explained to the woman on the phone that he never called me back to say he was here.. I've been waiting. She was very dismissive and arrogant and there was no resolution. She told me that she called me and I did not pick up which is not the truth. She told me that I did not talk to her about the cost so that is why he left .. I asked to speak to a manager ND she said she would call the driver.. once she returned to the call from having me on hold she said the driver said that he could not tow my car.. it needed a different type of tow truck I asked to explain to me what's the difference and she sat on the phone quiet as if she did not hear so I asked again.. they knew what type of vehicle I had from the order so that obviously was a lie. To come all the way to my home and waist my time all just to not get the car in tow is ridiculous and the way they handle people is ridiculous and I will report to my insurance company the way they handled everything they took pictures according to the woman on the phone but that is just to cover themselves... this is disturbing and unsettling and I'll huge waist of time. This has delayed my car appointment and all my other appointments due to the ignorance and disregarding behavior of this company

  I rather pull my teeth than to let them tow my car they are the most unprofessional ghetto hood people I ever dealt with they are not even verified they are some hood people with a truck and a LLC that talk to you like they are gangsters if your roadside assistance choose them cancel the service immediately

  Horrible service. Left me in the lurch waiting for a tow and then finally quit answering the phone. Sad thing is that they were dispatched from USAA. Dont ever use this tow company. If I could have given them 0 stars, I would have.

  Can you give a 0 rating? It took them 3 hours to deliver my car, but only took 10 mins to take my money. After multiple calls and no answers. They would not answer my insurance company who is the one who set it up to have my car towed. The phone continuously hung up when calling them. If you want your car at a certain place at a certain time. Dont call Unique Towing. It will never make it!

  I truly appreciate Rich, the tow man from. Big J's towing, he was very friendly, communicated the time he would arrive, and made a horrible moment better for me. I appreciate the kindness! Thanks ****!

  Do not waste your time with this place they are very ghetto and Rachet here and lazy and those females that work in the front wonder why they have such a low level basic life that they have to work at that dirty rat infested looking place I see why they always have an attitude.. they work in a cave with bats that place looks like it has homeless and dead people sleeping inside of it yall need to keep in mind that everyone you talk with on the phone knows where you work at since **** kept talking c*** I googled yall location and now I know where yall work at stop playing with people or you may **** the wrong person off.. nobody cares about your brothers or dad or baby daddies its people out here thatll pay you a nice visit keep playing with people ?? laugh now cry later Rachet woman??
