      Reopened and online account. Decided to play Cash 4 online. I added funds from my bank to the account. I WON $600. I recieved an email stating it would be deposited into my bank within 3-5 business days. NEVER RECIEVED IT. After 3 days I called the customer service. They informed ne that the funds were sent back from my bank. That it could take up to 14 business days before it can be resent. So I asked to speak to GLOBAL PAYMENTS who handles GA. Lotteries winnings. They informed me that my account was inactive. She said She saw that my last account was wrote off. Then after I told her I paid the $100 I owed to GA. Lottery she found it. She said " I see that you made the payment and we would need to do a soft credit pull to reopen the account. KEEP IN MINE THEY ALREADY WITHDREW FUNDS FROM MY ACCOUNT FOR ME TO PURCHASE THE WINNING CASH 4 TICKET. After a soft pull so she says. She said I couldn't reopen my account at this time. So she transfered me back to GA Lottery customer service. They tell me they can order me a check that can take an additional ***** days. I asked if I could pick it up at a local office. Because it's $600 she's no because it has to be $601 to go to the office. So why would they take my money online. Then tell me that my account is closed thru global payments when I win. This stems from in 2020 I played Digi games online the transaction went thru online but my bank sent thru other items before the digi game payment. I paid GA lottery off and now this. DO NOT PLAY ONLINE, YOU ARE RISKING LOSING YOUR MONEY AND FINDING OUT YOU DONT HAVE A ACTIVE GLOBAL PAYMENT ACCOUNT. ITS YOUR CHOICE BUT THIS REALLY HAPPENED.

      Most of the Diggi games dont work. EVERYONE I KNOW has most thousands of $$$$ and have never one anything. No fun and shame on you! Even if the money is going towards education, it still not fair. Then I see the reviews, which I should have looked at first, they have the same problems and moreROBING THE PUBLIC!

      I've been playing online using the Ga. Lottery app. What a joke! I get disconnected for no apparent reason with a phony message concerning either a "security" issue or a "can't verify location" message or other bogus reasons. I think people are disconnected when they have what would be a good paying winner. I've talked to a lot of other players that have the same thing happen. I played quite a bit of Keno until I saw that it is rigged just like the Diggi games. They have a glitch in their software that happens from time to time. Right before the 20 ball draw starts to happen I can see the results of the game already showing on my tickets, usually 3, beforehand. The screen turns into a strange look and then a message will appear telling me that the Ga. Lottery has lost connection and give a link to go to if you want to see the game in question. I have pictures of this that I was able to get while I was playing on my laptop and had my cellphone handy. The entire site is rigged like this. They claim all of the Diggi games are decided by a RNG (random number generator). That is a lie! All of the games are predetermined based on what they want to pay or not pay. I don't know who oversees the Ga. Lottery, but they need to be investigated and held accountable! They are just flat out stealing people's money. As far as the scratch offs you buy at any store are also intentionally misleading. When they put what the odds are on the back of each ticket, that is not the case. If you buy let's say a $10 ticket and it pays back either $10 or a free ticket that is calculated as a winning ticket. You haven't WON anything...you broke even. Technically it's a winning ticket but you didn't win any money on that ticket. You take those break even tickets out and the odds go up tremendously. The only people making money off of the Georgia Lottery are the people that are running it!

      You spend $5.00 and win .20 cents! If you win you should at least win your money back. I dont mind losing but thats just a slap in the face..
