On 5/31/2025, I played the Fantasy 5 like I do everyday using the same combination of numbers and I won a $12.00 prize when the drawing was released on 6/1/2025. I checked the website to make sure and did not receive the prize automatically in my account like I normally do nor did I get an email letting me know I won. You win a small prize when you match 3 out of 5 numbers which I did and I reached out to them and after days was told "you were paid because you won a free ticket." Like I told the escalations **** their system is wrong because even though my ticket says that, I sent screenshots of my play and their website for that day showing the winning prize was $12.00. I submitted another ticket and had to resend screenshots again and now a few days ago was told my case is being sent to their internal escalations team again which will be the third time. Also, I called them when this first happened and no one ever got back to me which is why I emailed my case in so I have to go through all of this because this Corporation does not want to hold themselves accountable for their website malfunctioning, etc? It has been over two weeks and it seems as though they keep going back and forth to not pay the prize. I am thinking of not playing anymore anyway because at this point, I have lost more than won. I have played the same numbers in store and online for years and have won a free ticket here or there and a few dollars every now and then but no **** pot win. The complaints are right about the odds because I think their system is set up to lose more than won. Other state lotteries have better odds in my experience. I am not trying to beat the lottery system just wanted to be paid what I was owed. I know something is wrong on their end because a few days before, I won the same prize amount and got paid as such so I guess their system does not want "back to back" winnings. With the screenshots I sent, there is no reason to say I am lying because the proof is there.Initial Complaint

I bought a cash 3 ticket with the number 324 on 5-17-2025 for the evening draw on the Georgia lottery app as I always do. I checked my Georgia lottery account at around 7:06pm and I notched that the winnings numbers that played for evening were 243, but as the system didnt update yet it wasnt showing the number highlighted but I could see my winning number was 324 so I waited like 30 minutes and check again later on at around 7:50pm. When I logged into the Georgia lottery app I saw that the number I purchased (324) had been changed to (326) and I have proof and screenshots and email confirmation of the correct number I purchased which was (324). I called Georgia lottery help line and I spoke with a representative who did confirm that my number was changed as she say the email with the correct number (324) the I bought and she tried to even resend the email to me multiple times but I did not receive them and the call was recorded so thats proffered as well. On 5/18/2025 I checked my account the number was changed back to the correct number (324) and all three numbers are highlighted but it does not give me a winning amount. I also have not received any winning confirmation email. And you can also else the time stamp on the picture for today and yesterday of the Georgia lottery app were they changed the numbers in the system back to the correct numbers today!!!! I would like for my account to investigated and checked throughly for any PAST mistakes like this!!? The system are an employee are employees is clearly trying to scam customers out of there hard earned money and its not fair at all!!!! This was done deliberately and might have been done before but I was just able to catch it this time!!! I might have more money that was cheated away from me and I dont know it. I would like the company to address WHY was my correct winning number changed to a non-winning number!???????!!!!! And I want all the money owed to me asap!!!Initial Complaint

So I had added $20 to my account without me realizing after the fact not paying attention I saw that Ga Lottery took out $50 out of my account when they shouldnt have been able to do that when I didnt have $50 on my account causing an overdraft. They blamed and told me that since I wager the money they cannot give me a refund trying to keep the money. I played Cash 3 Georgia lottery and I won but my funds were returned and I wasn't paid my winnings. My transaction stated it was processed but Tech Support and customer service gave me an explanation saying that even though I played before the cut off time if it's past a certain amount of seconds, the transaction will not process. I've since played cash 3 online a few times and I've had numbers process past the time of my previous transaction. My transaction was Dec ******* and it hasn't been resolved. I believe it's unfair to not pay winnings when it clearly shows I played before the cut off time I also have screenshot stating it was a technical issue but I'm not sure what that means for me since it was on Ga Lottery and not me.Initial Complaint

To: GaLottery When I purchased my lottery tickets today, I encountered a problem where the cashier scanned my slips incorrectly. I purchase multidraws for both Power ball and Mega millions. I presented the slips to the cashier and she made an error and scanned the Power ball slip twice. And did not scan the Mega millions slip. She informed me that she could not undo the ******** primary numbers are the same for both games with one quick pick on each draw. The result is having the same number for power ball twice for 26 weeks. I was advised by the GaLottery *** to submit this information with copies of the slips and tickets for resolution. On 01/05/2025 I cashed my account out and selected the funds be sent via check. I was aware it could take up to 7 weeks after 7 weeks I called for a update because I haven't received anything and was told it could take 8 to 10 weeks still didn't receive or hear anything so I called again after 10 weeks now "it should be soon" is what I was told. I WANT MY MONEY because I need it. I know it should be a better system in place from a billion dollar corporation than this. Waiting over 2 months for the amount I'm waiting for is ridiculous I'm sure they understand time sensitivity when terminal's are down and the urgency to get them restored so they reduce as much loss as possible, I want that same consideration when it comes to me receiving my money I didn't have to wait and jump through hoops to spend my money it shouldn't be this hard to receive when I win.Initial Complaint

03/03/2025 I purchased an entire roll of lottery tickets and it only paid back ********************************************************* this is not normal. I still have all 10 tickets from the point of sale at quick trip on ashford dunwoody.
