      Employees don't go by protocol. Had a recent delivery that left my friends kitchen floors severely scratched. They delivered a refrigerator didn't use the dolly cracked our wood stairs and damaged the kitchen floor. Made a couple of attempts to talk to the manager which he is never in the office. So today I emailed photos of the damage .

      We used Aarons Rent to Own in **** to stage our home for sale. The customer service was particularly good, with a special shout-out to General Manager ******** who truly went above and beyond to get us what we needed in the time we needed it. We came back a few days later with our realtor to make final choices and got our paperwork in order. The finances were a bit wonky, perhaps because we keep freezes on our accounts with the credit reporting agencies and we had just purchased a home, but ******** was able to straighten it all out. Most of the furniture was delivered on a Friday, but the dining set and screws to assemble the bed were AWOL, and we needed it all before 10am the next day for an open house showing. ******** worked into the evening hours then again early morning (before the store opened) and was able to find a dining table on very short notice and came out with another office employee before regular business hours to deliver it, ensuring our open house started on time.Kudos to the ladies who delivered the bulk of the furniture on Friday they were careful not to hit the walls or door frames, which was appreciated as we had just finished repainting the interior of the house for resale. The furniture was in decent to good condition (the bed was a bit wobbly, but since it was just for show it didn't make much difference, and the desk had a few noticeable scuff marks), what you would expect from gently used furniture.Everything went fairly smoothly (I had a hiccup trying to pay via the website, but a quick phone call to the store and I was able to make a payment). Based on the customer service, ******************** selection process, and delivery, and with ******** at the helm, I anticipate the rest of process to go smoothly.I would recommend anyone needing to rent furniture short-term to make Aarons Rent to Own in **** their first stop.

      A few months ago I was out due to an injury submitted a complaint and was out of work and wasnt able to work and filed with Aaron unemployed section and even sent my doctors papered in and they have threatened me and I am going back to work next week on slow duty Someone reachout to me asap

      I AM VERY UPSET ABOUT THE STORE IN *********** GA BECAUSE MY NEPHEW CALLED THERE TODAY AND ****** THE MANAGER TOLD HIM ALL MY BUSINESS AS WELL AS I KNOW SHE IS NOT SUPPOSED TO GIVE MY INFORMATION OUT TO ANYBODY. IM 74 YEARS OLD IM SO UPSET AND I HAVE ALOT OF HEALTH BROBLEMS I WILL CALL THE BETTER BUSINESS B. BECAUSE THAT IS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I WILL PUT SOME WORDS OUT IN *********** GA.       Do not fall for their lies. I was told when I started my lease that whatever I paid within the same as cash period would so to the principal and whatever I had left would only receive a percentage of added tax and leasing fees. I paid down to only owing 400 when my same as cash ended my leasing amount jumped to 1700. When I called to verify if this would be corrected they said yes when it didn't I asked them to be honest if they lied to me. When speaking to the manager he was unable to verify what percentage I was being charged of I only 400 left. Manager became visibly annoyed and snappy. This was months ago and I am now stuck paying triple the cost of the waster and dryer still owing 1500 when I paid it down to 400. Scammer!!!! With no real understanding of their system!!!

      "The store manager *** is by far the rudest and most unprofessional manager I have ever experienced "On Saturday, June 28th, my wife contacted Aaron Furniture Store in ************, **, to report that they had delivered a sofa infested with bed bugs. The general manager, ***, shockingly called my wife a liar and did nothing to address the issue. Frustrated by his rude behavior, we reached out to their corporate office, but they were no help at all.We had several conversations with ***, asking him to please come and remove the infested furniture from our home, especially since we have small children. However, *** made excuses for why he couldnt come. After repeated calls to corporate, we decided to visit the store in person. When we arrived, *** yelled at us in front of his team because we had contacted the orporation. He seemed more concerned about our complaint to the corporation than the bed bugs.We showed him a video of the bed bugs along with pictures of the bite marks on my wife's back and legs, yet he insisted they couldn't pick up the furniture for another week. We still haven't heard anything from his supervisor. Additionally, *** has a history of being rude to women of color. We left the store feeling shocked and baffled by how their corporate management allows staff to treat customers in this ********* July 11th we still haven't heard anything

      Got a TV from them because I heard a commercial on the radio saying if you join their club you got 100% worry free peace of mind. Well I went into my local Aaron's store and found a this tv and the employee said we got this new program its Aaron's Club. The employee told me and I quote "I could drop the tv down the stairs when I get home and your 100% covered no issues no problems well replace it or give you one of equal value". I was like thats good because and well worth it especially if you have a child who throws things he said yep your good no issues if it happens we'll replace it. We'll children being children my 5 year old threw a toy and cracked my screen so I called Aaron's and got the same employee who sold me said tv. He didn't know what to do or how to file a claim and asked if I could wait til Monday, as this happened on Saturday, so I said sure no problem. Monday comes I got a rude old lady telling me no I can't get a replacement no I they won't give me a temporary tv and I have to go thru Aaron's Club for anything. I call Aaron's Club and was told NO I am not covered and the store employee who sent my claim in filed it wrong under extended warranty instead of accident protection. So she corrected the stores issue and got my claim in and I sent then pictures of the damage she also explained to me that Aaron's stores are NOT telling people the correct information about the insurance and that NO people are not 100% covered and that multiple people are having this same issue and that she doesnt know if my claim will actually be filled. 2 weeks later still nothing so I call the store got another rude lady who said they just got an email in that day and they said my product isn't covered and no I won't get another one and that it has to be 90 days for it to work even though I was told by their employee your 100% covered no problems you can drop it down the stairs when you get home.. I canceled my payments told them to get the tv or I'll see you in court.

      You can buy merchandise from Aarons and theyll give you a service plan and when you get the service plan, you can pay on it and they do not hold up to the deal of the service plan and they would give you a used a used refrigerator that only lasts for a couple of years and then it goes out and they does not hold to the service warranty. If you even buy accident kept on paying for that warranty. They will not hold up to what they are supposed to do. They do not they are not a good company. Do not buy anything or lease. Anything you might as well go to a quality place like Lowes or ********** to get your stuff

      I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the conduct of the store manager, Mr. ***** ******, during my visit to your location at ************************************************************, on June 25th between 2:30 and 3:00 PM.The purpose of my visit was to report an incident involving two individuals in an Aarons truck who were observed by my neighbor aggressively banging on the rear door of my property. This occurred following the eviction of a tenant who had left behind a refrigerator. When I arrived on-site, I discovered the back door had been splintered evidence of an attempted forced entry, no access was gained. I came to the store to file a complaint and schedule a pickup for the appliance.During this visit, Mr. ****** came from behind his desk and followed me to the exit, shouting, Get out of my store. I cant understand why his behavior escalated. At no point did I raise my voice or behave in an aggressive manner that would justify such a reaction. I entered the store with the intention of resolving an issue, and I was met instead with hostility and unprofessional conduct. The store manager's actions reflect poorly on the business and fall short of the standard of customer service one should expect. A manager is expected to lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy, particularly in challenging situations. Mr. ******** response did not meet that expectation and was both disappointing and unacceptable.I respectfully request that this matter be taken seriously. I hope you will review any available surveillance footage from the time of the incident and take appropriate measures to ensure this type of behavior does not occur again.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

      i have a lift chair the remote has gone bad they were supposed to have got me one over 3 months ago every time i call them about it they give me the run around about it. im still paying on it. its a shame the way they do costomers about taking care of their products
