      Cricket allowed someone to log into my account, change my pin, and move my Sim card to another phone. The people in the store tried their best to help. But because someone changed the pin they couldn't help. We couldn't even call from the store. We had to use someone else phone that had cricket service just to call. I had proof that someone hacked my phone. But that still didn't matter to the person on the phone. All they would say is what is the pin. These hackers were able to use my phone to take money from me. I couldn't get them to stop the service because I'm not paying for a phone i can't make calls from. I couldn't even get them to take my bank information off the account because these hackers changed the name on my account. ******************** allowed this to happen not to just my phone but to also the other 2 phones on my plan. I have tried to get their help for this situation but they don't care to help all they want is for me to pay my bill. I've been a cricket customer for over 10 years and this is the thanks I get for paying on time every time.

      Was being charged after I switched carriers. Had to wait 20+ minutes with ***************** then had to speak with a foreign lady that I could hardly understand, but understood that they don't refund money! Was without their service for over a month and Cricket had sent me a text stating they hated to lose my business, but **************** said because I didn't cancel one of the phone numbers with them was the reason I was billed. I explained that I didn't have Cricket anymore, the number was not transferred to my new carrier, so there was no way I could use that number if I tried! They still refused a refund, but did cancel the phone number (which wasn't theirs to begin with) and canceled auto-pay.

      I paid to start service, and cancelled an hour later, due to issue with current carrier, Cricket would not refund me, even though it said they would if it was an online order. **************** was the worse. very disappointed, glad I did not make the jump

      I have been a Cricket customer for about 20 years and had been satisfied with the service until recently. A couple of weeks prior to a planned trip abroad I had to replace my iPhone as the *** port was failing and not charging the phone reliably. I was disappointed that there were no upgrade deals for existing customers, but paid over $700 to get a new iPhone through Cricket. Not on a payment plan but fully paid for. I went online prior to my trip and signed up for an international calling plan. It wasn't clear, but apparently the plan only covered calling from the ** to the foreign country, not cell service in the foreign country. Which I discovered at my destination. Just get a SIM card, right? Only, no; Cricket locked my phone for six months post-purchase. I couldn't log on to the Cricket site with my tablet when I had wi-fi service, so I had to wait forever for a representative while using someone else's phone. Cricket refused to help, just kept parroting "terms and conditions" and didn't have any concern for my situation - in a foreign country with no cell service, even while acknowledging I was a long time customer. Obviously ******************** has no regard for their customers. I'm stuck with ******************** for five more months at which time I will switch to another carrier (not ***** who owns Cricket). I learned after the fact that I could have purchased the same phone for the same price directly from *****, who never locks the phone and provides after purchase support that Cricket does not. Shame on you Cricket!

      Cricket wireless will not longer be receiving my business. They literally scammed me out of my money and basically told me there was nothing they could do. I made a payment last night and woke up the next morning to see my services were disconnected. I called 3times only for them to come up with different excuses not to restore my services. I dont recommend anyone to go to cricket. I hope they dont earn another dollar.

      I'm glad I was able to switch my service to another carrier. They actually talked me through how to unlock the phone so I could do this otherwise I would have no service because upon calling cricket they were not willing to help me unlock the phone. I was signed up for automatic payments which for some reason didn't happen once or twice so going into the office I had to pay a $5 service fee to make my payment. After speaking to someone about a refund for the rest of the months unused time, I was told their policy is not to issue refunds for any unused phone time. I would highly recommend not using this company

      I ported my phone number after 10 days after auto pay was drafted. Now they are refusing to refund of unused auto pay payment. If you have auto pay do not port after they get your money because you won't get it back. This is stealing.

      The supposed manager was rude and disrespectful! When I told her she had an attitude so said she was gonna kick my old ass! Would not give me owner information and gave me false info concerning my phone that I purchased at this store! I have been with cricket for about 25 years and have never been met with such disdain! Gross misconduct and extremely unprofessional! Watch out seniors and disabled people!

      After being a Cricket customer for years, today was horrible. I called Cricket customer service several times with hold times of over 60 minutes. That's ridiculous, especially when I called as soon as they opened their call center. Then they would disconnect the call. I even tried using online chat support via text. That's no help. Then I find out I would have to pay over $800 to upgrade my phone. I decided to go with another company and happy I did. I received 2 new phones, cases and screen protectors for both phones for less than $800. I do not recommend Cricket.
