    This company is a scam. With 5 GBPS internet speeds, the game I attempted to stream did a few things: a buffering screen, followed by an add when attempting to resume the stream (plays twice in a row every time), followed up by a repeat of the exact same never-ending loop. Do not pay them, ever!

    Scam!!Service quality is very poor. When you try to cancel service, good luck!! No live customer service reps ******* that gives you a constant run around.

    On Mar 4 I subscribed to NFSH NETWORK to watch one state playoff game with all intention of canceling after the game. After setting up an account and making a payment, I was unable to access the channel. Every time I tried it said it did not recognize my email address which has been my email address for over 20 years. So I tried to cancel and every time I tried to cancel again it said it did not recognize my email address. I just got another monthly charge from this company for a product. I did not receive. I tried to email the company at the email address that was given to me by the recording in a box popped up that said warning this does not appear to be a valid email.I called my credit card company to challenge the charge and was told by the agent that they get lots of complaints about this particular company. do not do business with them. I dont even want to give them one star. They need to be put out of business.

    Horrible. They charge a large annual fee and then exclude you from game while making you watch commercials.

    ********************* AS THEY DO NOT REFUND FOR POOR SERVICE.Paid one month subscription to watch our high school state playoff basketball game. At game time the feed did not come up. It kept saying it was delayed. Then when it did finally start, it started from the beginning of the game but we were already getting texts from fans physically at the game. It was then pointless to watch the game because it was so far behind the actual game.

    Absolutely terrible quality! In **************** they have worked a monopoly with the **** so this is the only option. Someone at the live game cannot even video and stream to a family member using another service (snap, ********* etc). The **** in accordance with NFHS will shut it down.

    To say this business is a joke is an understatement!! Like many others, I signed for for their streaming service to watch a family member play basketball across the country! It started out great last season, then slowly got worse! Now Im only able to see less than half the games, and the ones that they do show live, theres only a 50/50 chance of the stream working! Add in a coach thats completely against someone watching a HS team, and here I am writing a complaint. If youre going to charge a premium for a product like this, please start slow! Make sure videos are operating correctly, make sure you have recourse and systems in place! You COULD be charging $29.99+ for this service but youd rather charge $12.99 and s**** over very good people who just want to see family and friends play sports for a hour or two! Its absolutely frustrating and Im so glad this playoff game Im missing as I write this will be my very last season. Enjoy the $100 you stole from me. Spend it well!

    "FFFF" This is the biggest scam ever! The cameras are terrible, down more than they are up, customer service is horrible! Parents and Grandparents want to watch their kids/grandkids are taken to the cleaners. Should be shut down! Boooooo!
