5 starsMy brother owned 3 rental properties before he had a stroke. He will not recover enough to take care of these properties so I decided to sell them. Contacted Property Problem Solvers and they got to work. 2 of the properties sold with no problems but the 3rd was in terrible shape and was a hard sell. PPS's found me a buyer and closed within a week. I am so happy with the way this company helped me get rid of these properties. Working with everyone in ***** company was amazing. My particular Agent was ******* was a *** to work with. Great guy with a most pleasing personality. I highly recommend this company to handle your property problems.

Since the beginning, they have taken exceptional care of me and were very knowledgeable about overcoming the various glitches that came about. 5 starsProperty problem solvers was a great help for me and my family. Everybody on the team has been wonderful to deal with and very respectful. I had my reservations at first because its so hard to trust anybody these days and honestly i was a actually a little stand-offish with them when i first spoke with them but after my rep explained everything and walked me though the process i realized this company is knowledgeable and truly cared about my situation. 30 days later and i have received my check, i'm in my new home, and i'm in a much better position than i was before. 1 starI am trying to save my home. These people called my phone and called me by my first name which was very inappropriate. When I pointed this out, the woman hung up on me. I called the main number and they were just as rude. When a person is going through a situation as such, calling them, texting, and being rude is triggering. *****, we hire mail houses to market for us. We would be happy to send them a request to have you removed, but we will need the property address. We're very sorry for any inconvenience. Also, please provide your phone number and we will happily add you to our Do Not Call list. I have searched our database for your name and it is not pulling up. Maybe I'll be able to find it by the address. Rest assured, once I receive your address and phone number I will do my due diligence to have you pulled from any/all marketing outlets.
