    I've never done business with this company but they harassed me on 8/16/2024. They called my phone repeatedly 3 times in a row as you can see from the screenshot. This company has no business calling someone three times in a row, that is harassment. I never want this company to contact me again, I never asked to be contacted by this company. My number is on the *** Do Not Call list. I have made a complaint there as well.

    keep sending unwanted mailers invading my privacy and going though tax record for no legit reason. Was told once to remove my info from their system. Got another one today. Gave another warning to remove.

    Company continues to send repeated phone calls and letters attempting to buy family property, that is not for sale, for an insultingly low price. They have been asked repeatedly to leave us alone and continue calling and sending letters. We have even stated we are on the Do Not Call list.

    I've been frequently getting these ads for over a year now and I keep refusing them and putting "Return To Sender" on them but this company will not stop. What does it take to get through to them that if you send an ad and either you don't get a response or get a negative response then move on? They are very stupid or just plain wasteful. Even if the ads are free, they are wasting natural resources, filling my mailbox with these useless ads which causes me great distress. They are actually cowards with no real business profile on their website. I'm appealing to you to get them to stop this lunacy. Thank You.

    We just needed the address. You have been removed. This will take a couple weeks for any / all mail pieces to be purged out of the system. But, please rest assured you have been taken off.

    Horrible client service and the worst experience ever. I have been put in a nightmare trying to escape. I made the company aware within days of signing the contract on docusign (which I technically did not sign) that I no longer wanted to sell my house, due to personal living arrangements. I honestly do not understand why I can not cancel the contract when no funds have been exchanged. I was working with an agent and he assured me that I could cancel the contract. I never expected this. I requested that my house be pull down from all listing on MLS and I was told by ***, that my house was not going to be sold and he took everything off. My house is still listed and every week the price drops. I have several messages from ***** and ***. Now, ***** is over my account and his words were it's my responsibility to find housing for my children and myself. I have been threatened with legal action. I have kept in contact with the company. I was told on Thursday, June 15, 2023 by Brain that a letter was sent to me and an email was sent from his lawyer. I requested tracking of the letter and asked for the email to be resent and nothing has been sent to me. I have contacted the news channel. I'm still in the process of finding a good lawyer to fight this. I have begged this company to release me from the contract. This company takes advantage of the old, young and uneducated humans who does not know what they are signing and its not right.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I also made sure I did not verify the review because ******************** made sure everything was taken care and would like to withdraw my complaint about the company. I am requesting that my review be remove as well. I read in the review as long as I do not confirm the review will not post. I want to make sure that its not posted on the company business page, because everything has been resolve.

    I am trying to sell my house and Property Problem Solvers came to my house on Dec 27 2022.He explain how the process works,then after I finish signing the contract,he told me whatever he say is not valid if it is not on the contract.I try to cancel the contract but they threatened me with legal actions.I did some research and this company has 3 different addresses and they say everyone working remotely.I would like someone to look at this contract.
