    Veho has had my package in the ******* warehouse since last Friday (10/24). They have not sent any drivers out to deliver it and its now 7 days later (10/31).It appears this is a constant common issue. At this point I believe theyre a fraudulent company and are keeping / stealing packages. If I dont have a resolution or contact from their Senior coordinator (Ive been told all week they would look into this and contact me yet they havent) - Im going to file a police report and escalate this as much as possible. It seems its a company systematic issue and they are stealing customers orders/packages.

    Veho deliver driver left my package OUTSIDE on a busy ********** instead of bringing the package into the building. My package was stolen and Veho said because I did not write specifically to not deliver the package anywhere other than my Apartment that its my fault. ******** customer service.

    I ordered an item from ****** ******* online which October 4th not knowing days a weeks later they use a company called Veho (scam) for package delivery. After a week Ive reached out to ****** ******* about Tracking my package the seen the same thing I seen the Veho website never updated my tracking of my pay an said I had to wait to receive it before I can get a refund. Veho only uses texts to communicate a claims October 6th is the only update with no resolution. I demand a refund bc I never received my package a they have no resolution ****** ******* or Veho. I will never trust either company again they scam an take your money then refuse a refund

    i ordered lululemon and it was being shipped through veho. veho attempted a delivery but im a college student and my mailroom was closed at the time and they said theyll try again in 24 hours. They have yet to try again. *** had an issue with this company 2 weeks ago as well. They attempted a delivery, said theyll try again, and they never tried again. I saw people all over the internet having this same problem, leading me to assume my package is stolen.

    Veho has been holding my package in their warehouse for several days, and refuse to deliver. **************** has proven unhelpful, as my order just got delayed yet another day.

    Veho delivery service is not conducive to business needs. They are not helpful, as you cant speak to a live agent, just their AI chatbot via text. I have a missing package from them and they are unable to assist me. I would recommend revoking their ability to service customers.

    I ordered a package and put delivery instructions at the office is only open from 10 AM to 5 PM and the package was delivered at six and nowhere to be seen when the package was taken. A picture of the package was not even in the picture and then I tried to contact customer service and I keep getting told to hold on. This is incredibly rude and ridiculous it is now been two days and I have not heard anything.

    Veho delivery drivers constantly deliver my packages to places other than my front door as instructed. I've had it delivered to street sidewalks nowhere near my home and even outside a random stairwell door of an apartment complex that they didn't even need access to a special gate to deliver anything. I have photos of this happening. I've had packages lost and stolen by them multiple times. This is absolutely ridiculous. **************** is terrible and have never fixed any issues. I can't control who delivers certain packages even though I've requested to not have Veho deliver to me because of how horrendous their service is. This is unacceptable for a business

    My package (a huge polka dot box with over $1000 in clothes) was received at the ***************** at 4am on 8/19/25. I live 8 miles from this warehouse. Every day, I checked and the site said "trying to locate a driver" After four days of no delivery, it now says they have lost my package. At first it was "lost" in the warehouse. Now, they are saying lost in transit. Which is not true because it never left their warehouse. Someone there stole the package and the clothes inside. Mostly all leather goods. Over 15 items. Over $1000 and they were vintage from consignment so I cannot replace any of them. There is another review stating they cut a box and stole a man's shoes out of the box and taped it back up. This is terrible business practice with zero accountability or insurance for expensive packages.

    Order totaling almost $200 from Thred Up. Driver claimed it was delivered yesterday but did not take a photo of package and neighbors saw him drive away without placing it on the porch. 30 hours later package has not been delivered. VEHOs bot kept insisting the driver still has the package and would return with it. Now theyre saying the package was lost. This was a one-of-a-kind item I was going to wear to a wedding. Fraud and theft are not a good business model. Id like my items - since as of this morning the driver still had them, they should be easy to find.
