    **Review of Veho **************, ****My experience working at Vehos Flowery Branch location was extremely negative and disturbing due to the behavior of management. The workplace environment was toxic, unprofessional, and emotionally damaging, and I am currently pursuing legal action with documented evidence to support my ********** manager, **, regularly engages in abusive behavior toward employees. He is verbally aggressive, frequently yelling and belittling staff in front of others. He does not allow employees to take proper legally required breaks, even during long shifts, and uses intimidation tactics to control the workplace. Additionally, he fosters a culture of favoritismoffering better schedules or treatment to certain employees while unfairly punishing others who do not comply with his personal interests. It is widely known within the team that ** is involved in inappropriate relationships with several employees, and those who refuse his advances often find themselves targeted or pushed out.Another manager, Que, while not as overtly abusive as **, still contributes to the hostile environment. He has also been known to block or retaliate against employees who dont respond to his personal interest, creating a culture where favoritism trumps merit and professionalism.This locations leadership operates with little accountability, and the treatment of workers is unacceptable by any legal or ethical standard. I have already begun taking legal steps and have retained documentation, including communications and witness statements. I strongly urge Veho corporate to launch an immediate investigation into management practices at this site.I do not recommend working at this location under the current leadership.

    I have purchased products from two different companies that used Veho to deliver. Both times, the driver left the packages on a public sidewalk in front of a closed business. Both times, the packages were stolen. Try to tell Veho not to deliver on the weekends is like telling a fish not to swim. It is beyond their comprehension. Lousy service. I refuse to purchase anything from a company that uses Veho as their delivery service!

    This is the WORST delivery service I have ever dealt with. They lie. They don't deliver on time. They text after 10pm and before 6am. It is a terribly run company.

    Incompetent and Dishonest A Veho driver left my package outside of my closed and locked, 41-story office building on a Sunday. I was shocked when I received a text with a photo of it sitting there. I drove to my office and the package was gone - no surprise. When I contacted Veho, they claimed that my building's security officer told them to leave it there. This was a flat out lie. I spoke to the security officer that interacted with Veho's delivery driver. He told the driver that he could not leave an unattended package outside the building and that he would have to return Monday when the mail room was open. Then the security officer saw, on the security camera, the driver leaving the package in the revolving door anyway. Thankfully security brought it inside for me so the package was not stolen. But I will never order from a company that uses Veho for deliveries again.

    If i could leave a review that was less than 1 star, I absolutely would. Not only are their drivers incredibly rude and off putting (We had an issue with our callbox and I asked him to hold for 1 minute to call the property manager who was letting people in that day and instead of letting me make that call, argued with me about how he was leaving because he had so many deliveries for over 3 minutes. He then agreed to hold so I could call and then he hung up and drove off while property management tried to catch him). There is not customer service number to call, there is a text number to which they make you wait over two days for. This would be fine if this was my only experience with them. However, this was the second issue within a week that i had an issue. A few days ago they delivered to the wrong address and then made me run all over town trying to figure out where and how to get in. Overall, this is a wildly unethical and inappropriate company and I would suggest not working with companies that ship through them.

    Wow!! My 1st time dealing with ********************* has been absolutely horrendous! Ive seen some reviews where they post Vehos **************** are word for word what I received. I called them out & said Ive seen this before next thing you know youll say my package was perishable & you threw it away after I waited another whole day for it. After waiting all day today for it, until 10pm my delivery window, they tell me sorry the driver had an issue & returned my package back to the warehouse. I told ********** if they dont get a new carrier Im canceling. Once was enough with these jokers. I know Ill never see my box.

    They continue to refuse to take accountability for their errors. My meals for the week were supposed to be delivered yesterday (Monday) and I received a notification that its been delayed. Today, nobody can tell me when it will arrive or if its even out for re-delivery. They continue to give me non-answers and for several hours today went completely radio silent. I am absolutely livid as these are my meals for the week and I now have to find the mental bandwidth to figure out what to cook the rest of the week. Shame on you, Veho.

    ****** apparently uses this company for some food box deliveries and Veho did the absolute worst job they could have done. I was supposed to receive the box Sunday (2/23). Package never came. Keep in mind, this is the food I depend on each week, and since I work three jobs and have other responsibilities, cooking is something I have to plan far in advance for. They never notified me of any change so I contacted them to ask where my package was since I didn't get an update. They mentioned something had happened with the driver and it would be there the following day, but never gave a time. Next day, same thing. No package, no notification, no explanation. I have to reach out AGAIN, they said their driver got in a car crash that day and couldn't deliver it... alright. They promise to deliver the next day... *******. Package does not come today. I text once again to figure out what was going on just to find out that they threw my package in the garbage for "my safety" since the food was over two days old. They sure didn't bring that up the yesterday when they promised my package to be delivered ********, they not only were unable to deliver a package 3 days in a row, which I was very patient about, but they then proceeded to throw my package away. This was only not without my consent, but also without ANY notification. Since the beginning, if I did not reach out, I never would have known what happened to my ******* short, this company will:-Not notify you about ANY delay or disturbance to your package on their own -Give VERY poor written communication with automated responses -Not notify you when they literally THROW YOUR PACKAGE IN THE ***** I recognize the third is just an example of the first, but the emphasis is important that you don't treat customers like that. I will probably drop using Factor as well for their choice in vendor, so good job for losing your clients a customer, ****************!

    The world's worst delivery service...less than 60% of the time my perishable food order, when delivered by Veho, arrives to the correct delivery address, on the correct day, and is not spoiled. The only thing worse than their delivery service itself is their customer support!

    Veho lost my Meal with Factor, took zero accountability and gave this fake as apology only for me to run into the EXACT SAME situation the following week. At this point I will have to do a review on FACTOR because they continue to use this vendor which has horrible delivery and customer service. Oh and I still have not received my package.
