I'm bothered that you have incorporated the data beneath in my credit profile and that you have neglected to keep up sensible methods in your activities to guarantee most extreme conceivable exactness in the credit reports you distribute. Credit announcing laws guarantee that agencies report just 100% exact credit data. Each progression should be taken to guarantee the data detailed is totally precise and right. The accompanying data in this way should be re-researched. I am having major issues with finding inaccurate/ invalidated accounts after carefully pulling my credit report from your agency. I have no knowledge of these items or inaccurate information as My information was impacted by the Equifax data breach and may have gotten into the hands of the wrong person. You are reporting negligently and inaccurately and failing to comply to the FCRA.I realize you have no legal standing as a federally protected consumer, and you can't employ an attorney against me.I'll file for a default judgment, and ill file a class action lawsuit for violations, stress, and mental anguish, as well as at least 1% of the corporation, under TILA ****, OR ANY OTHER AMOUNT OF DAMAGES UNDER 1692K.Initial Complaint

This is not a duplicate complaint and this complaint due to the ne evidence that I have generated from legal sources. Please note, I'm representing myself with no third party and I know my rights very well, I been turned down by Equifax Credit Bureau to do fair investigation regarding Public record on my report, I have sent letters trying to get correct information and verifiable information from Experian but it turns out being refused or ignored. I have sent dispute to Equifax before and THIS PUBLIC RECORD WAS DELETED. IT WAS DELETED on October 2, 2022, I pulled up my report from credit Karma and I saw that Equifax DELETED Bankruptcy Record from my report. But on November 2, I was completely shocked when I SAW this record back on my report, so I made a phone call to the Equifax immediately. Firs I spoke with representative ************* and he confirmed that they deleted this record from my report, but he wasn't be able to tell me why and how within two weeks the record reinserted. They never sent me any notification regarding to reinsert, even thou there is a law about 5 days of reinserting. HOW THEY COUD REINSERTED SUCH a RECORD??? They completely violated the **** LAW. I have requested to speck with supervisor (overall They KEPT ME ON A PHONE 1 hour 56 minutes), supervisor ********** also said: YES I SEE THE RECORD THAT WE REMOVED THIS CHAPTER 7 Bankruptcy but it doesn't mean anything, after my clear explanation how much they violated the law he agreed and he said that it doesn't mean anything that we deleted, it was just deleted, but we didn't deleted. That kind of explanation I have got from him. How? All my arguments. facts and proof made him to say nothing but sorry. He had to transfer me to another department and they placed me back and forth on a hold numerous times. I request to speck with that special department but he said i'm not allowed. So his conclusion was that I HAVE TO GO TO THE ***** AND MADE ***** TO CONTACT EQUIFAC. See full letter in attachment.Business Response

I am a natural person, I am a living human being, and I have right under 15 USC ****. Equifax is governed by USC ****. And they have violated my rights numerous times. I demand the accounts listed below be removed because According to 15 USC ****: I have the right to privacy and did not give Equifax, TransUnion, and Experian written permission to furnish these accounts. I reached out about my accounts and wrote letters that have not been deleted. I sent a letter to Equifax, TransUnion, and Experian here is my tracking number... However, the credit bureaus said they completed an investigation and everything is 100% accurate. I also have received removals from one credit agency but not the other agencies. In accordance with the Fair Credit Act, everything has to be 100% accurate on my credit report. The Credit bureaus stated my accounts were properly investigated but how is that possible if the open date is inaccurate, the date last active is inaccurate, and the date last reported is not accurate. The grounds for removal also violated my rights under 15 U.S.C. **** section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy 15 U.S.C. **** Section 604 A Section 2.
