"If I can give them no stars I could I only can give them one I didn't want to give them that everyone please be careful with Equifax please stay on y'all credit score on your account to look at it they will still your points even if it's not your fault and you have proof and they will not give them back for example they took five points away from me and going to tell me that I haven't paid my credit card bill and I showed them every document that I had and it shows that I paid it they told me that I will get my points back in 30 days it's past 30 days and I still haven't received my points so I gave them a call to talk to them on the phone I have talked to three different **** and they kept telling me different stories and none of the stories are adding up at all they supposed to be keeping a record of our points like looking to see what's going on when you filed a claim I didn't know if it was not your fault you don't get your points back somebody tell me something they are a scam for them to be a big corporate office I wish that we didn't have to deal with them but unfortunately we do I am not the only ones complaining on them I talked to a couple more people and it said the same thing That's crazy keep a good eye on y'all credit score please through Equifax"
