I hope this email finds you well. Thank you for your prompt response regarding my recent complaint filed against both Equifax, Inc. and TransUnion.
I appreciate your diligence in addressing this matter. I understand that you have concerns about the submitted complaints due to their wording being similar to other complaints. However, I would like to clarify that these complaints are indeed legitimate and reflect my personal experiences and interactions with both Equifax, Inc. and TransUnion.To provide further context, I have filed complaints against both Equifax, Inc. and TransUnion because of the issues I have encountered in my dealings with them. I believe that these concerns warrant attention and resolution through the BBB process. Additionally, I would like to mention that I am also reporting both parties because my C.C.A. (Commercial Credit Adjusters) have been relentlessly harassing me over a debt of $11,000 that I do not owe to that business.
Just to be clear, C.C.A. stands for Commercial Credit Adjusters, and their continuous harassment has been a significant source of distress for me. I do not have a signed contract with that business, nor have I ever provided them a photocopy of my ID. I strongly believe that any information they claim to have received about me is fraudulently obtained by C.C.A. I did not authorize any third-party company to file these BBB complaints on my behalf. They are entirely my own, and I stand by the details and issues outlined in them.If there are any additional details or information you require to verify the authenticity of my complaints or if you need more specific information about the issues I've encountered with both companies and the harassment by the Commercial Credit Adjusters, please do not hesitate to ask. I am more than willing to cooperate fully to ensure a fair and accurate assessment of my complaints.

Equifax refuses to remove an address I am not affiliated with and do not recognize from my removed credit report file. I do not reside at any of those addresses making my credit report inaccurate.The correct and only address for my credit report is (PSC 2 Box ****, APO AE *****). I am filing a complaint against Equifax due to the fact that I have sent upwards of 15 letters to them, demanding that my **** of ************* account be removed from my credit report. My student loans were discharged December 2022. I sent proof of this to them and to the ***** and the account is still reporting as though I owe $64,954. I am a 100% Total and Permanent Disabled Veteran, and my loans were discharged because of that. This has caused me undue stress, and has caused me to not be able to obtain credit, because it looks like I owe $64,954 in student loans. I reviewed my Consumer Reports and noticed that there was an inaccurate account on my ********************** report. Below is the inaccurate account: CONTRACT CALLERS, **** Consumer ****************** have assumed a vital role and have a responsibility to report Consumer information to the best of their ability with Maximum Accuracy. I contacted Equifax and asked for them to investigate & remove the inaccurate account from my ********************** report that they are illegally reporting and I requested specifically the alleged original application bearing my signature, they have not been able to provide such proof to me. Equifax is a repository of credit information which has been supplied by creditors, collection agencies and public record holders. As such, we do not collect or maintain copies of contracts between consumers and their creditors. Not all companies choose to report account ********************** to Equifax. Those that do report on a regular basis appear on the credit report. However, through our investigation process, we are able to contact the furnishers of the information and either confirm or correct the data reporting on the file. Once a request for verification of a disputed item(s) has been received by Equifax, each data furnisher will be contacted directly by Equifax. This process is usually accomplished by sending the request for verification electronically and may take 30 days to complete. Once the data furnisher's response is returned to Equifax, any updates related to the disputed item(s) will be recorded on the credit report. Once all Data furnishers have responded to our request for their review, the consumer is sent a copy of each of the Data Furnishers responses they provided to Equifax. Should you still disagree with the Data Furnishers response, please contact each creditor directly for additional assistance and/or regarding any signed documentation pertaining to the disputed item(s).

Equifax is required by federal law to remove items from my credit report related to identity theft within four days of the report being submitted.
