    Total scam. Purchased ********* 365. Turned out I bought a free trial. They want a zoom call to access my computer! Lmao!! They wont give me a product code and now sent me a link stating I need to make sure I open in in an incognito window. Shady as h***

    Great price, easy purchase & download. Id rather own the software than have it in the cloud. Much less expensive in the long run, since Im still using software I bought 30 years ago.

    My computer was runniing Windows 7, and my new tax software requires Windows 10. I have always been reluctant to change to Windows 10, but it was required. Found this download on a ****** Search and price was very reasonable, so went ahead and downloaded. I was suprised that it is running well and is easy to use. Good to be in the future with my computer, and not buying a new computer at a high cost.

    I just fell for this scam. I paid $31.97 for annual license Office 2019. The links wouldn't work. The email stated to book a ZOOM Call for assistance, I did. The confirmation email said to call them (by phone - not Zoom) at the time of the scheduled appointment, I did. They said someone would call back, they did. After working with '*******************************' in ******* for 30 mins and several unsuccessful attempts to install the product, he stated he would need access/control of my PC - which I declined. He stated that he would issue refund. I sent an email to their customer service and did receive a reply email from a '****' stating their apologies for it not working correctly and that they have successfully refunded my order. I will wait the 7 days to see if it is refunded, but will dispute with my ************ if it is not refunded.

    Purchased **************** 365 Professional Plus which was advertised as being able to be used for multiple devices. With video assistance, we were able to get the software installed on the desktop computer. In early February, we tried to download the software to a new laptop. It would not download. We reached out to the company on 2/6 for assistance. Their response: "You need to follow the same instruction when downloading it to your other device." Obviously we had already done that, but we tried again multiple times over the next 4 weeks. On 3/18, we tried one final time to install. We kept getting a screen asking us to pay for the program. My husband then purchased a 2nd copy of the SAME software. I again emailed the company, receiving a response (3/20) telling me they could assist through a ZOOM meeting and if unsuccessful, they would refund the cost.With the software issues, and the ridiculous request to uninstall the 2nd copy purchased, then try to reinstall the 1st copy, there is no way I will give them access to my computer! They have 2 proof of purchases and email requests for assistance in which they brushed us off. If a ZOOM meeting was required, they should have offered that back in February when the problem began.For us, this purchase turned out to be either faulty software (from the first purchase), incorrect software (perhaps they gave us the single use instead of multiple device use), false advertising (saying it was for multiple devices when in fact it was only good for one device) or just a scam. We will NOT purchase from this company again and will be doing everything we can to make others aware of the problems with this company.

    This is a scam trying to look legitimate. It costs about 35 dollars and they ask that you zoom call to get a refund plus submit a photo ID to complete the refund process so that they can create a false identity using your information. If I could give zero stars I would as I hate seeing people taken advantage of in any fashion. They have folks working for them to create fake reviews on several sites and the order number itself is too short to be for real. It does not take taxes out at all, hello?
