  I purchased **************** 2019 from Helpful downloads about a month ago (Jan. 2023). Although I had some difficulty getting getting the download to work, after contacting the company and working with them, I'm happy to say I am pleased with their service. The software works well and the time I had a follow-up question for them they put me on a schedule for a zoom session call back to answer my question. This was accomplished with a good outcome.

  I had an old version of **************** and was having a lot of problems with it. The biggest problem was that it wasn't compatible with my tablet which I use to take board meeting minutes, make notes and work on projects when I'm out of the office which is most of the time. I had been looking to upgrade with a version that would work on my laptops and the tablet. I couldn't afford **************** 365 and didn't want to deal with an annual subscription.   My only problem is trying to get mail program Outlook connected to my ******* mail. So far I haven't been able to do it! As fasr as the Word and the other office programs that I use work very well.

  Easy to down load without any problem. The only problem is my documents file from window 7 is frozen and not able to edit. You need to go to window office to create new documents including excel. Otherwise, everything is running smoothing - application, music, photo.
