    Don't purchase anything from these people. I purchased a **************** product. Once installed, I was connected to a stranger's gmail account. They claim there is no way to change the account, but it is ok because you are prompted to change the password. They will offer to upsell you an activation code and then they want tech support to access your computer claiming that they want to "help you install the product" to show you that it works. They are NOT reputable. I repeat....DO NOT purchase anything from these people. Keep your computer and your accounts safe.

    Dear Consumer:I contacted Helpful Download to purchase ********* 365 (********* Office 365 Professional Plus Download Full Version 1). Located on the ********* Bing website.I attempted to install the downloaded software. I read the instructions and viewed the video that accompanied the download. I followed the instructions on both (written/video).At one point the software asked for a product key. Since I did not have a product key I could not complete the install. I contacted ********* and spoke to their Tech Support. He read the instructions, viewed the video and attempted to install the software. At the same pont I reached it asked for a product key. I contacted Helpful Download. They stated that I needed to make an appointment with their ************************ Their Tech would sign on to my system and install the pkg.I informed them that was a non-starter. I didn't know Helpful Download or their Tech and neither one of them was signing on to my system. If their install required additional instructions then those instructions should have been included.I asked for a refund. They told me only their Tech Support could dispense refunds. I made a liar out of them. I contacted my bank, told them the story and they credited my account. Later while researching them I found this:GB *********************** Created on October 6, 2020 How can I report a website scam who's selling fake ********* Office365 Licenses There is a website 'www.helpfuldownloads.com' selling fake Office365 licenses. They appear to be authentic but are ripping consumers off and not providing a real ********* license.
