    This company scammed my elderly father. He was unable to use their services and they did not provide any support for him. He cancelled his services and they still tried to charge him. This company is a scam and they do not offer any form of support and their services fraudulent. They cannot increase download speed.

    I just got off a support phone call with Helpful Downloads that appeared to fix my problem that I could not access my ********* account or any other ********* website. Shortly thereafter, I incurred the same old problem with go.microsoft.com. That confirms that my ostensibly repaired Windows 11 program had not been fixed. The Helpful Downloads company seems to be a subsidiary of a *************** It seems to be a software pirating company. It is almost impossible to get past its automated telephone menu. I do not recommend this company.

    This server OS is competent for basic needs. However, with the advancement in server technology, I'd recommend considering newer versions for more advanced features, especially if you're planning for long-term use.
