    I entered my name on ****** and I noticed that this company has all my information available my name my date of birth my address myphone number. My relatives name is all exposed. I never authorize this company to sell or expose my information. I have tried to contact them many times attempted to use their opt out option many times And I called their phone number available on line and it just gives me their email address and it hangs up on me there opt up option is not locating my name and information so it doesnt allow me to thoroughly submit the opt out option. I emailed the company and they responded with a computer generated response rerouting me back to the opt out option which is clearly not working. I have no other means or communication with them. Im hoping that I can get your help.

    Good afternoon,How much longer will it take for my information to actually be deleted from your website?  I went into your website before responding and unfortunately, its still showing my personal information, I have attached the screenshot showing that is in your website, I have also contacted ****** before seeking help with the Better Business Bureau and they advise me to contact you. If you are on a cell phone and type my phone number in ******* ************************ lists my home address.I did not give them the authority to have my personal information on the website, and cell phone.i asked them to remove everything and they sent an email by July 15 and the personal information has not been ********** phone number if inquired on a website shows my home address and also if you are on a cell phone under ******* ************************ also has my personal home address.     They posted my information without my consent. I got on the website requested the remove my address, email at least for the safety of my children. The online chat then told me I had to join pay something like 5 dollars to continue my complaint with a technician.

    I am very sensitive about my privacy as I am being stalked by an unwanted suitor on ********. I DO NOT WANT MY ADDRESS and family members names given online. I conduct regular checks on line by doing a ****** search of my name. When found, I ask the company to OPT ME OUT and for the most part that has been a fairly easy process with results in about two weeks. HOWEVER, there is one website - SmartBackgroundChecks.com that sends you in CIRCLES to where I am unable to complete an optout form. It does not honor the opt out right that my STATE of TEXAS grants me in *****'s Privacy Laws. Doing a ****** search of my name **** D. ****** in ********** produces THIS url - SmartBackgroundChecks ********************************** people rit... *********************** - *******, ** - Age 67 **************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************. But when clicking on this url and opening the page of SmartBackgroundChecks, I never see my Name. Yet a ****** search PRODUCES -ALL of my PRIVATE info-- full PRESENT street address at ************* as well as past addresses on Streamside. It also gives my married last name.

    Without my permission, smartbackgroundchecks have posted my personal information for everyone to see, including my phone number which is not and has never been a public record. Moreover, their process for removing information does not work; they require that requests are confirmed by email but the promised email does not come. This is outrageous and almost certainly illegal, even under our inadequate data privacy laws. I wish my information to be permanently unpublished AND deleted from all of smartbackgroundchecks' digital assets and I also wish to know how and from whom they obtained my phone number. This company must be facilitating untold amounts of identity theft and they need to be stopped.

    I need my personal information removed from smart background checks. This company took my personal information and posted it online without my permission my name, birthday, address and telephone number, etc. It is inappropriate that I should be required to accept their terms of use just to remove my personal information. Smartbackgroundchecks needs to reveal how they acquired my phone number which was not listed anywhere until they posted it on their site. This data breach has already caused me significant issues with spam and prank phone calls.

    I need my personal information removed from smart background checks. This company took my information and posted it online without my permission with my name, address and telephone number and I am even scared for my life because my address and phone is exposed for the world to see. My privacy has been violated and if this is not resolved, I will seek legal actions on the way forward. This company needs to be removed from all sites. I didn't give anyone permission to publish my personal information I had a high school person contact me on Saturday actually they called me and I asked him how she got my phone number and she saidto me I googled your name and your information came up
