Summary:Back in July 2023, REMOVED(my husband and business partner) and I hired Code N Apps to be the developers and project managers for our new REMOVEDAPP, previously titled Omni-Wallet, now titled Relzi-Wallet. They were originally hired to see the project from concept all the way thru to fruition and launch of a fully functioning mobile app and later a website was added, as well as provide customer and business support efforts post launch of the mobile app and website, for an agreed period of time. At this point, they have been paid in full for all services, but all services have not been rendered. They have only gotten as far as creating the shell of the website and mobile app, and neither of those contain the appropriate API Interactions to function or work in a live production environment, as per agreed in the REMOVEDsuch, the most major concern we have is the lack of project progress and inconsistent communication with anyone at CODENAPPS for the past few months now. Our most recent Project Manager (REMOVED) has apparently quit but had been majorly inconsistent communication wise, for months. Through-out that time, we've reached out frequently and had recurring meetings that were cancelled or rescheduled, have not received any appropriate updates on our project and have not been able to contact him or any other person in his company consistently, whether via email or by phone despite many attempts. Additionally, the contact information for the business varies on many forums and some telephone numbers we have called, led to other businesses who were not associated to them at all. As such, we do not feel they intend to meet the terms of the contract or that we have received the services that we have now fully paid for them to provide. We would appreciate assistance from the BBB to resolve this matter, as a Total of $22, REMOVEDhas been paid to this business, and the contract terms have not been met.
