    They literally just sent me the EXACT part I returned to them. How embarrassing. This was after I told them to hold off on the return because it may not be the correct part. Impossible to work with these people. They also lie about lead times.

    My comments are identical to the others posted here. They claimed to have the parts "in stock" but, according to many sources, they don't keep parts in stock. Instead they order them from suppliers after you order from Partzilla and hope the suppliers have them. So "in stock" doesn't mean in stock. Also, like most, I paid for expedited shipping and they sent it ground instead. So not only did I wait for them to get parts from a supplier that were promised to be "in stock" but they did not expedite the handling or shipping. When confronted about refunding the expedited shipping fees, they claimed that, because they processed part of my order in less than 2 business days after they got it from the supplier and shipped it (via ground mind you) that they were not beholden to expedite the remainder. Mind you the parts they shipped "sort of almost on time" were two washers and not the bulk of the order. I bought from them since they promised they had the parts "in stock" and, for a fee, would process them in less than one business day and ship them expedited. Neither of these claims were true.

    Horrible customer service. They only care about making a quick buck not helping out and getting them the right part fast as they claim

    We do apologize to hear you feel this way. A review of your order and the interaction with our Customer Service team indicates that your order contained parts not in stock. Standard Shipping was selected at checkout, which means all parts would ship together. We offered to upgrade to the rush shipping option for the additional $7.95, to ship the in stock items first, before the out of stock items arrived. At that time, you requested to cancel the entire order for a refund. A refund was processed back to your original payment method the same day.

    I ordered a part from partzilla and paid extra for expedited delivery. The part said, "ships in 1 to 2 days" and expedited delivery said it takes 1 to 3 days. So I should have received the part in 2 to 5 days. It took 11 days for me to receive my item, and they had not sent it expedited even though I paid extra for it. I emailed them more than a week ago requesting a refund for the expedited delivery fee and they have not responded at all.

    It appears this part was not in stock at the time of checkout, which is notated on the part page and again at checkout. Unfortunately there is no way currently to link our system to the manufacturer, therefore, all ETAs displayed are best estimates, based on average time it takes for parts to arrive to our distribution center. Once we place the order with the manufacturer and receive updates, we send those out via email. The email, sent to the email address on file, showed the part would ship on 7/18, however, the part arrived early and was shipped on 7/17. The part then arrived within the 1-3 business day timeframe for Expedited Shipping. We have not received any email from the email address on file.

    Ordered a part i absolutely needed before i left on a trip keep in mind i ordered it 10 days before i was due to leave it said it would arrive in 2 to 4 days its now time to leave and im still yet to receive my part and customer apparently isnt a thing either

    Our records indicate this order was placed on 7/18, after business hours. The order was promptly shipped the following business day, on 7/19/2024. Unfortunately, this package appears to have been lost or incorrectly sorted while in transit with ****. The package was delivered on 8/7/2024. Once we were contacted about the delay, a shipping refund was immediately issued. Please note that Partzilla.com does not have control over delays with the carrier.
