    This complaint is soley about commission. I booked travel for a customer on 12/14/2024 and submitted the documentation as requested to only be met with no invoice nor update status of this reservation. I am getting the constant run around of " I need to check for an update". The accountin department failed to do the invoice. The supervior have yet to assist me in this matter. I have emailed several representatives regarding this reservation to only be met with the same response of I need to check on the update. I have even gone as far as contacting the vendor directly and they have informed when the commission pay-out was made, dates and amounts and I informed this with Global Travel to still be met with no information. As of today, 3/21/2025 we are now 97 days post travel. I have been told that it takes 60 days to update... we are 37 days over that time. In the back office it's even stated 30 to 60 days for commissin to post... however still no progress. I have worked with other agencies and have nevrer had this issue. Please, help me to resolve this immediately. Thank you. Lastly, in each of the email screen shots, please note the dates in which I have started emailing them regarding the update/commission and still no information is not available up to this date.

    I needed to order an *** **** for the **. I They make their website look like its official uk govt site. The name of the site is ******************************** The **** should have cost about 15$. I had to provide my passport and photo and when they charged my credit card it was charged 236.25$ with no warning of the amount they would charge. They now have my personal and passport data. I then went to the UK govt site and paid only 13.5$!!!

    I am filing a complaint against Global Travel Agency due to their breach of contract regarding the payment of my earned commissions as a travel agent.According to the agent portal, I was marked as paid over a month ago, but I have yet to receive any payment. Despite multiple attempts to address this issue, the responses from the company have been inadequate, lacking clear reasoning, confirmation of amounts, or specific payment ********** is a summary of the timeline and the ongoing issues:-The agent page states that I was paid over a month ago. However, I have not received any payment.-When I finally received a response from Global Travel Agency, I was given an apology without explanation and offered an "upgrade" to my membership as a remedy. I was also told payment would be made by the last week of December.-No payment was made in December. When I followed up, I was again told it would be processed "this week," with no specific date, amount, or reasoning provided.-The chat support staff repeatedly state they are "reaching out to accounting," but there is no direct line of communication (phone number or email) for agents to contact the accounting team directly. This lack of transparency, accountability, and communication is unacceptable and unprofessional. It demonstrates a clear disregard for the contractual agreement and undermines trust between the agency and its agents.I am seeking immediate resolution of this matter, including:Payment of all commissions owed, with a specific and confirmed payment date.A detailed explanation of why this payment has been delayed.Establishing clear communication protocols so that agents can directly contact the appropriate department for resolution of such issues.I expect prompt attention to this matter and will pursue further action if necessary to ensure that this breach of contract is resolved.

    I spoke with Malik **************** 1/8, today... who made no mention of a payment being processed. As of now, I have not received any payment from Global Travel Agency. Furthermore, the amount stated is incorrect. This payment pertains to a group trip that began and ended simultaneously, and the correct payment should be approximately $1,700.


    It is both unprofessional and a breach of contract to claim on the agent portal that I was paid over a month ago when, in reality, no payment has been made. Additionally, your explanation that the delay was due to the holidays is unacceptable. My payment was due before the holiday season, and as a business, using this as an excuse undermines professionalism. If I were behind on renewing my membership, I doubt such reasoning would be accepted.
    I need a clear and specific timeline for when I will receive the full amount owed. I expect the payment to be processed immediately and a resolution to this ongoing issue. This level of mismanagement and lack of accountability is not acceptable.

    On December 7th at 11:00am my husband and I attended a presentation at *********** at ********************************************************************. We were invited by a postcard that the company collected from us at the door. We were promised a $50 dinner gift certification and other gifts (cruise, hotel stay) We opted to not purchase their wholesale travel program ($8000) and asked to provide an email address so they could send us the $50 dinner gift certificate. The Cruise and hotel vouchers all required that we send money to recieve them so we have opted not to pursue that. But they wasted two hours of our time -

    I have been a member of Global Travel/Rezervco for 20 years. The service provides an IATA number for booking trips as an independent travel agent. Often, additional information is required when booking trips. I have called Global Travel multiple times to get the login information for the travel industry booking sites Cruising Power and Espresso. On the rare times I have not been disconnected (4 times today alone and multiple times in the past two decades) I spoke to a *** today who told me I had to pay even more money than the $199 I am paying annually which is supposed to cover EVERYTHING. I'm so frustrated and will not be paying them even more money for items I am supposed to have access to.

    We do not grant access to Cruising Power/Espresso as it allows all users under the agency to view all bookings made under the agency credentials.  We do this to protect booking information as well as passengers personal information for all of our members.  Members have the ability to make cruise reservations via their agent website,  contacting our internal travel sales team or by calling the vendor directly to make the booking using the agency CLIA number.    

    We apologize for your report of calls being disconnected and will look into this matter.

    I am rejecting this response because paying for membership in Global Travel is supposed to grant discounts to a variety of travel sites this is frequently not the case  I want my $199 fee back that was just paid since  the only thing this site does is take your money and then expect you to pay even more to book what youre supposedly entitled to I will dispute the charge with my credit card  if this is not resolved

    I am rejecting this response because the supplier informed me that the commission was indeed paid. According to their (*********************************) message,"For PNR: 2QUSYW & 4FVGDP, we have processed ACH to the host agency for $214.00."

    Additionally, I want to clarify that I have attempted to contact Global Travels (***** ******** <***********************************************************************************************************>, cc: **********************************,********************************************************************************************************) over 10 times. On the second attempt, ***** responded, stating that she needed to consult with management on this matter.Despite several attempts via email and phone, I received no further responses.

    I also made it clear in two separate emails that if the issue remained unresolved, I would proceed with filing complaints to the appropriate authorities. Even after this warning,I did not receive a response. If this business were operating honestly, they would have addressed my concerns.

    I have noticed numerous similar complaints across various platforms. The company offers perks for signing up but fails to deliver them after customers request access through their portal. There is an online form to submit these requests, but no confirmation is provided, leaving no proof of submission. I resubmitted the form to capture the request for proof a second time. (for $75 Gift card voucher & 5/4 vacation certificate that was offered when signing up with one payment that I did).

    I can provide screenshots and the entire email chain as additional evidence. Based on my experience and the patterns of behavior I've observed, I believe this business may be fraudulent.

    We communicated with Mr **** regarding these issues.  For the gift card item it was explained to him as it is written in the terms that he opted for a ***** discount on the membership cost instead of receiving the gift card.   He was sent the other promotional items he requested.

    He was informed of when we received the payment from ******* and he was paid the commissions due to him they were paid to him on 8/28/2024.

    I am not certain as to how this would be considered unresolved.

    On June 6, 2023, I paid $199.00 to Global Travel / Rezervco for a 1 - year membership as a travel agent including 5 days 4 nights trip to *********, ******. On June 14, 2024, I paid another $199.00 to renew my annual membership as a travel agent. Global Travel / Rezervco did not communicate membership renewal no longer includes 5 days 4 nights trip to *********. I attached example of Global Travel / Rezervco website saying buying an annual membership gives access to Mexico vacation. Notice it says, "Plus get a Mexico vacation." I will like Global Travel / Rezervco to honor what is in writing on website "2 for 1 membership sale! Buy any annual membership and get one. Plus get a Mexico vacation." If Global Travel / Rezervco is unwilling or unable to what they are saying on their website, I will like a full refund of $199.00.

    Hello,  With our membership program The 5 day 4 night vacation certificates are for new members only.  They are not an annual benefit.  ******************* received his 5 day 4 night vacation certificate when he became a new member in 2023.

    The certificates provided with new memberships state in the terms that they are a 1 time benefit and additional certificates may not be provided or used by the holder or any direct family member or member of the household.

    ******************* has purchased multiple vacation certificates through other programs over the years however those provided with new memberships clearly state they are a 1 time benefit.

    I am rejecting this response because:  Will Global Travel / Rezervco answer the question I have asked numerous times?  Why does your advertisement say there is a 5 day / 4 night Mexico trip and you do not honor what you put in writing? 

     

    Additionally, Your response was, "This person is already a member he is not buying a new membership he is renewing a subscription.  He is not eligible to receive an additional 5 day 4 night vacation all the information he is sending you are adds to gain new members.  What does renew mean?  Merriam ******* says, renew means:  to become new or as new.

     

    I am sure you will argue with Merriam ******* on the meaning of renew just like you have dodged, avoided, evaded the first question, "Why does your advertisement say there is a 5 day / 4 night Mexico trip and you do not honor what you put in writing?

    I have been a commissioned travel agent with GTI for 30 years. The last couple of years the member customer support provided has is not fulfilling the promised support agreed upon. I have been trying reach a manager to address problems with member benefit support. The company blocks you from reaching any managers and they will not return calls to members to address any issues. I've had commission issues, promised perks for upgrading membership that I did not get and getting support when you need assistance to handle any problems. I'm complaining about the service to its member agents that makes money for the and the unresponsiveness of manager to address my commission issues.

    Business has my credit card number and charged me $69 for a membership. I never have had contact with them in any way. Very shady. Attempting a refund but the number hangs up immediately upon using the phone menu.

    THIS COMPANY HAS FAILED. I SENT OVER 30 EMAILS. THEY HAVE FAILED IN THE FOLLOWING. CHANGING MY PASSOWRD. NO ID CARD WHICH I APPLIED, NO PROOF OF ID CARD. NO FULL ACCESS TO MY WEBSITE, I APPLIED FOR ID CARD.THEY WILL NOT GIVE ACCESS TO CARD OR POST ID CARD OR NUMBER ON MY WEBSITE. THEY ONLY HAVE THEIR NUMBER AND INFO. I ASKED FOR A FULL REFUND.THEY HAVE YET TO GIVE ME FULL ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT, IT KICKS ME OUT EVERY 14 DAYS, GLOBALTRAVEL.COM FAILED AND I WANT A FULL REFUND. THEY ARE USING MY IDEA FOR THE WEBSITE FOR THEIR OWN FINANCIAL REWARDS. I ASK FOR A COMPLETE REFUND AND WISH TO CANCEL TO INFINITY AS I WISH TO NEVER BE CHARGED BY THIS COMPANY. $199 on a basic package never received free trip or id cards . They I wish to get my vacation and or a full refund.

    Good morning,  Our system shows this person contacted us via chat in August about the vanity name for her member website which was set up at that time.  We show 5 additional contacts between Nov - Dec asking to have her member website password reset.  We have a 14 day money back guarantee on memberships.  Additionally we did not receive any promotional redemption requests for the vacation certificate which is how members are to redeem/request these items.  We will have our fulfillment department send the certificate to her today.  We are unable to refund this membership as it is 6 months outside the time to receive a refund.

    I still am not able to access my account with my requested password. They added my number and highlighted thiers on my IDEA for destinatio.nweddings.globaltravel.com website they sent me access to my Vacation, It requires me to call and they gave me my access number. They did Not put my ID card on my webpage. I am not completely happy. I wish to travel on my vacation with no problems and make sure they cancel me by my renewal and DO NOT charge my card for I WILL NOT RENEW.I lost my Trust in this company.
