    Very, very disappointed, I tried to give this company the opportunity to sell air packages and hotels. I made 3 sales and it turns out that the commissions are paid between 60 to 90 days after the trip is completed. Who can work like this, and now I do want to. To receive those commissions, I have to wait for my clients' trips to be completed and continue paying the membership for something that I do not intend to continue using, much less recommend being very careful. The truth is, it is a total disappointment to work with this company.

    Worst customer service EVER!!! Zero responses as to when how much and how I am to be paid commissions where travel accrued almost 5 months ago. Lame website that is not only inaccurate but lies about how long. Shameful responsiveness. Been sending messages daily to someone named ***** who haw never responded. No supervisor available. I am sowed thousand of dollars in commissions and demand satisfaction before I ever selll another ticket to anyone.and dont blame the hurricanes. This has been a problem for months!!!!

We understand that this is important to you, and we are committed to resolving this issue as quickly as possible. Upon reviewing your account, we have identified five items where you are owed commissions. However, due to our commission payout policy, we must first receive the commission payment from the vendors before we can distribute your portion. Unfortunately, we have not yet received payment from the vendors for these five items. Our accounting team is currently working diligently to contact them and request immediate payment. As soon as we receive the payments, your share will be processed and sent to you promptly.

    Got sucked into what I thought was a good membership only to not gain access to my perks or anything. Called a few times without resolutions. Last attempt made an agent answered the call and placed me on what was supposed to be 2 minute hold that lasted over 1 hour. Then had a chat conversation about the issue only for one of the representatives to sign off for the day. Received another representative mid conversation who tried to be helpful but couldnt do anything because it now became after hours and no one was available. Worse customer service experience I ever had.

    Shady! No customer service. Reservation, deposit, email confirmation and that's it! No follow up, no idea about cancelation policy after selling you the insurance. No calls, unless we call with a question. No solid answers. Always...call cruise line. No luggage tags or e-docs sent, though cruise line said they were sent to agent. We could have done all this on our own. Will never recommend this company or use them again. Commission paid on poor service, no service. ******.

    Global Travel cons people into paying annual memberships promising to pay commissions and they never do. They are floating money and that is illegal. I am contacting the SEC on top of the Attorney General. They owe me commissions on 2 separate travel itineraries and refuse to pay on either. Always stating I need to wait more time. On cruise they owe me on was completed In April! They confirmed the commission was paid by the cruise line which means they are floating money and should be fined and shut down!

    This is the worst company to attempt to establish any type of branding or ability to build a so-called travel agency! I spent $200, booked vacations, filled out the appropriate paperwork and NEVER received commission or compensation. They tell you that you have access to all these amazing deals for clients but in reality you still have to register with CLIA/IATA and get a separate card from them to book exclusive deals, so whats the point? VERY MISLEADING!!!!!!!

    ********************** we are sorry that you feel you have been mislead. We show you have booked 1 vacation package with a travel date of Mar 2025. According to our commission policy commissions are not paid out until travel has been completed and commission received from the vendor. You do not have to register for your own CLIA/IATA. We show you requested to receive a CLIA card however you have not met the requirements to obtain a CLIA card . CLIA cards have to earned they are not provided to those who not earned commissions.

    I signed up as a travel agent, they said we get up to 70% off travel as an agent, but when I went to book a cruise the cruise said they was not registered in they system, they kept giving me the same number to give the cruise line, they also said they would call me in the morning and I never got a call, so I called them and they couldn't help me with anything, but they wanted the money for my membership the next month.

    When I first signed up to use their services, I had no issues at all. Customer service was efficient, and reservations and commissions went seamlessly. Then when I needed to cancel due to health concerns, I was unable to cancel and was given a partial refund and told to call the next year within 30 days of the auto renew. Apparently, the call that was 360 days before the auto renew draft on my card was not honored, and my card was drafted again, and when I called about it again, I was given a partial refund again. Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review based on an experience from a company who used to provide commendable service.
