I ordered a **** physical. They got the wrong zip code two time zones away. I requested a closer destination and was told it would have go through as a refund request. Surprise, it wasn't requested. They tried to schedule it through ********* but they had no ability to assign the right paperwork.Tried a third time by scheduling it in different state(**) but closer by and has some knowledge of **** physical. Was told they do a more expensive one (Captains) then the one I need(Entry). Was asked would you rather have a refund or keep trying I said I would rather have a refund. Was told the person in charge of that department was on break and would get back at me. That was three days ago finally got a hold of someone and they gave me more runaround about people on vacation and it will take a week.I just want the ability use my credit that they awarded me or a refund so I can schedule the physical with somebody else. I don't want credit with a company that I never want to do any business EVER with. This whole experience has taken over a month with being put on hold numerous times and a ridiculous amount of times. They had me on hold for an hour and a half then hung up. I still need my physical so I can get my medical card and start my maritime career. I truly hate this company and cannot understand how they are still in business.Customer Answer

I requested a drug test to be done on February 26. I was told that this would include a level for ***. When it sent without one, I requested this to be corrected and then they sent a number which is no meaning and doesnt really correlate with any standard . It had no units And no reference range and it appears to have been made up because I was requesting a specific ********* the sensitive nature of this being a drug test with a specific name on there I cannot share the results, but if I need to do a screenshot, I can select out something without the name on itInitial Complaint

On 2/11/25 payment was made via credit card for registration of drug and alcohol testing (10 panel test with ETG) at ******************************************. On arrival to the testing site, it was determined that there is no longer a medical facility at the location (used to be a doctor's office and is now a family restaurant). I called ACDT @ **************** and explained that there was not a test site at the location.I then received an E-Mail stating that there are no test sites near my location to administer the testing and a cancellation request was being submitted......with no attempt to resolve or provide the services that I *************, they have sent an E-Mail stating that a refund is denied and a credit for future testing is being processed.This entire process caused an infraction to my probation and jeopardizes my standing with the court system.I have no use for any unreliable services from this organization and would like my "credit" applied to my credit card account.Initial Complaint

****** paid for 6 Full-face Respirator Quantitative Fit Tests, and Accredited Drug Testing sent our employees to two locations that do not perform this test. ****** has requested a refund, but Accredited Drug Testing has not returned any phone calls and will not communicate the status of a refund request.Initial Complaint

My ex was ordered to take a drug test with his soberlink device. This is regarding child custody matter and testing has to be done correctly in a certain time frame. His lawyer requested I take a test to be fair. I got online and saw accredited drug testing and they advertise that their staff is fully trained for testing. I booked for a location in *********, **, paid for test, and waited. Never received pass to go get tested after trying to call. Woman said it would be a few hours. Called next morning and she said she would resend pass and they were sending me to an urgent care in ****, ** for testing. They advertise their staff is trained but it is not their staff. This is a contracted out deal. So I get there and had a feeling tech didnt know what she was doing. Got a buzz cut on bottom hair line (that is not how you do it) and then testing site after it wasnt FedExd the day of testing said that the seal was incorrectly placed on the sample package so he will not read it. They have a crooked no refund policy likely because they see this a lot and do not care about customers or their experience. I asked for refund due to this policy. My lawyer will be writing them a letter soon but the public needs to be warned about this company and they should absolutely lose ability to do testing in child custody matters. This company has been nothing short of horrendous. They have by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They have no record of anything. They do not honor any discounts that were applied when you purchased the service. I do not want their service and they are refusing to refund me when I didnt follow through with any of their services. They are a joke of a company. I would not recommend them to anyone. Hello,
The customer placed an online order for a DOT Consortium Enrollment package which included a DOT Drug Test and a Certificate of Enrollment which keeps a DOT FMCSA Driver in compliance per the Federal Regulations. Once a Certificate has been issued the service is non-refundable since there is no way for it to be retracted. The order was placed on 12/31/2024 and the customer reached out on 01/16/2025 requesting a refund in which we were unable to grant, they then disputed the transaction on 01/27/2025. The customer could have needed the certificate due to an audit and once the audit was completed no longer wanted the service, however the certificate that was issued is valid for 1 year from the date of enrollment. I have attached the Drug Testing Pass as well as the Consortium Enrollment Certificate.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and wanted to close out this case. I reached out to the CEO **** ******, after many attempts to get a hold of him, he was able to refund me for the services. Sesilias allegations are incorrect. She was the one I dealt with when requesting a refund and her customer service was nothing less than horrendous. I hope to never deal with this company again.

On 12/11/24 My husband called ADT to set up a drug test for an employee. At no time did the **** tell him that they would not refund our money if the employee did not show up. The employee did not show up that day so I called ADT the next day and requested a refund. The first **** was very rude and put me on hold and never came back. We then called again and that **** said that she would put in a refund request for us but that their policy was to give a credit. I told her that I did not want a credit but that I wanted my money back. A couple days later we received an email stating that they were not going to refund our money but give us a credit. I was told by my employer to use accredited drug testing to search for a site to conduct a 5-panel screen test. When I followed the instructions on the website and put in my location zip code, they listed a site location, since there was a lab available, I purchased a drug test donor pass. The pass came next day over email but its location changed itself to the ******* location unbeknownst to me. Why would they even select a ******* location when my home address is in ******?!? I called and the agent over the phone said he will process the refund. But next day I received an email saying they cannot process my refund. How is this even possible? They are just a shady scam business. I demand a refund and no one should ever use them again! Donor pass #*************. .They did say they dont do refunds but that would be if I didnt show up or missed my testing but this is them blatantly lying and forcefully changing my lab location?! I called and made an appointment and they were able to conduct the test. When I called ADT to ask about why the donor pass listed Florida he said he wasnt sure why so he said he would get me a refund because I wont be able use the donor pass with Florida address! See screen shots of their website where I searched with my zip code and the lab location it returned! AND screen shot of the donor pass with the Florida lab listed!!! Wtf?! They said I can use the credit to do future tests but hello I will never be in *******?!? This is them shamelessly scamming my $!
