    Paid $100 for a drug test. The facility chosen did not have hours that I could make so I phoned to change locations. When I was told very rudely that that was the only location I asked for a refund and was refused. I called back again and was given a different location. When I called the location I was told that the test would be $55 (no where near the $100 I paid). There is now also a question as to whether or not they will accept my payment through Accredited. I am waiting to hear about that right now. Very POOR!!!

    My daughter was accused of a drug overdose in hospital by the staff. No drug test were done at the time for proof. I found Accredited Testing on line. I didn’t check the BB site. My fault they were given a F rating. I payed them $600 for a hair sample drug test. It said 5 to 7 days for results. It’s day 8 and they tell me the labs equipment is broke. I ask to have it sent somewhere else. They said they couldn’t do that. I ask for refund and will probably never see that. I feel I’ve been scammed. DO NOT USE THE COMPANY. My daughter was not on drugs has a neurological issue. They don’t deserve a one star rating.

    The customer service is awful., very bad, worst and no care at all. Each time I call them for my schedule, they will make me wait for half an hour. One lady named Melissa is a liar, I was waiting for my schedule online and she said I never showed up and that she called me many times, I never got any miscalled or any calls. Really a liar. I paid on April 21 and didn't get my schedule until June 6.

    They LOST my hair. A huge chunk. Then refused to reimburse me. Theft. Absolutely theft. They charged me $160 and then lost it and wouldn’t give me money back. Said it didn’t qualify for a refund. Absolutely appalling.

    Dorsha was quick to take my payment and scheduled me for the wrong exam after i clearly explained to her what exam I needed. Now i have to pay for another exam because they refuse to fix the problem.

    Horrible. Took 7 business days and 11 days total for a simple employment urine drug screen through Qwest. 10-15 minute wait times to talk to someone when called.
