I had three evaluation accounts ended up getting liquidate it because of an error with ninja traders system. It was some type of connection issue glitch my screen froze, and I could not close my trades. I merely contacted ninja trader and take profit About the issue. I provided proof had a team viewer meeting with ninja trader to rectify the problem and take profit has failed numerous times to meet the deadline to fix my issues. this is unacceptable that the issue happened on a Monday and every deadline they promised to keep they failed as a military veteran. I am deeply distraught and affected by the lack of care give it to me as a person and as a trader.Business Response

Aug 23 2024 I started a funded account and traded like I have before. Except this time I took a trade and their system glitched and said I was losing money even though it was going in the direction I said it would. So it closed out my account for the day after falsely triggering the REMOVEDwithout even looking over anything is no proof nothing we can do which is wrong because the company states they record all trades and store information which means they should be able to go back and review my trade to see it was a system error that happened. REMOVEDahead to Monday (8/26) they tell me that my account is locked until the next renewal date (9/23) because I hit the daily loss of 1100 but thats not true thats not how that works its supposed to be after you lose 2000 the account locks. Thats what is explained and the typical way these companies work. Take profit seems like theyre outsourcing their customer service with people who dont care or dont even know how to find us the help we need.Business Response

This customer is stating that they lost their account due to a "glitch" in the system. TakeProfit Trader does not "store" data of trades from each customer as the data comes from a third party vendor. In this specific case we asked the customer to provide proof that there was an issue that happened with the system, the customer could not provide a screenshot/video or any other evidence of the specific time that "glitch" happened. If the customer can provide the information that we are requiring, we would gladly either refund or reset their account.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because: you guys locked me out of my account immediately after failing so I couldnt go back and do the rewind feature to show Im not lying. If you claim the information is stored by a 3rd party company Im sure youre able to get in contact with that company and get the data Im telling you is there.Business Response

There is no "Rewind" feature, TakeProfit Trader does not store your trades or data pertaining to your account. We have explained in the past to you that you can contact the 3rd party data provider and if they agreed that there was some sort of "glitch", we would reset your account or give you a refund.Customer Answer

I have stated multiple times I reached out to the 3rd party company and theyve told me they dont have that information you guys would have it directly. This is a ridiculous run around game thats not necessary. Even if you cant go back and look at what Im saying is correct you still have the screenshots I sent of your employee displaying horrible customer service that alone should make you guys want to give me my refund. If Im not issued a refund on my next message from you guys Im going to be forced to take these chats public and let people see how you do business because its ridiculous. Im not threatening you Im telling you Ill display the truth to the world. Do with that information what you see fit.

There was data issues with their platform in connection to another platform, that they admitted to and they said any losses that occur will be recovered. My account REMOVEDwas $4500 and the platform froze at this time. They refuse to recover my funds even though they stated they would the previous day. I was even okay with them reinstating my account to live status (Reset) and they denied me. I am seeking help to resolve this. I spent $1499 for this account.Business Response

The customer stated that there was an error from our third party data provider that caused him to have an account malfunction. We reached out to the customer and found a solution that worked for both the customer and REMOVED. The customer has since returned to REMOVEDand has bought more products since the incident. Take Profit Trader is prop trading firm dealing with futures and forex trading.I passed an evaluation account with Take Profit Trader. in order to proceed to their funded account phase. On the first day in my PRO funded account, I made $4700, enough to request a payout per their payout rules. Fast forward to about an hour later and I get an error message where I can't cancel any orders, and a message saying contact my broker. I couldn't do anything.I contacted customer support who proceeded to tell me June 20th that my issue has been escalated to their manager for further evaluation and I should expect to hear from them in 1-3 hours. I sent them a series of messages asking to please expedite the process so my account wouldn't get liquidated. I made sure to take screenshots of the original balances before the issues came up as my account value was slowly dwindling. I was assured that once reviewed if my account was liquidated they would reinstate the account. They said there was nothing they could do and to wait for the manager's response.A full day passed, account now liquidated. I follow up the next day asking how much longer until I'd hear a response, they said the manager was busy and it would be a bit longer. It took a few messages until I get a message that just said "next time contact REMOVEDand save logs". I told them that's good to know for future reference, but still doesn't fix my issue, especially considering the amount of profit i made on the first day. After this, radio silence. Multiple attempts to contact them were ignored, until this morning when i receive another email saying "looks like they already told you to contact tradovate".This falls under services not provided, I paid to be evaluated and granted access to a funded account that I can trade with. Since they have no intention of making the situation right, and clearly had no intention of paying me out after I made money, I'm looking for a full refund on any thing I spent with them.Customer Answer
